Scope of projects:
- TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking Platform, focused on assigned area of expertise
- Transversal topics involving other domains, with an impact on assigned area of expertise.
Role of the Senior Business Analyst:
- Provide functional expertise and relevant experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking product implementation and configuration
- Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design.
- Analyze and structure new requirements with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them in the overall program;
- Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
- Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
- Drive the definition of use cases for Integration tests with testing team and for User Acceptance Test with end users
- Manage all the decision-making and analysis process allowing designing, validating the solution, and getting the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.
- Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the WMIS Project governance is applied at each step
- Bring benefit to both the IT tools functionality and potential changes to operational processes affected.
- Ensure that every new solution implemented respects WMIS standards and allows for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.
- Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, Business process designs
- Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the technology teams through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & methodology
- Collaborate with the team’s experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in :
- Banking Industry, as a Business Analyst and/or as a “hands-on” Project Manager
- Expert knowledge and experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform for Wealth Management, understand the various flows and functions, familiar with system parameterization and configuration.
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications.
- Expert knowledge of at least one of these functional domains of core banking :
- Customer & Portfolio data, AA.Cash Accounts, Cash payments, AA.Deposits
- General Accounting and reporting, Credit (AA.Loans, Limits, Collateral), Taxation (FATCA, CRS, IRS871m).
- Securities processing and custody
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.
- Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio
- Fluent in SQL queries, API testing, data analysis and data modeling.
- Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
- Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)

- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
- Develop and execute C&Q documentation including commissioning protocols, SAT reports, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, summary reports, and traceability matrices.
- Support end-to-end C&Q lifecycle for process, utility, and support systems — e.g. bioreactors, chromatography skids, filtration units, CIP/SIP, WFI, HVAC, autoclaves, and clean utilities.
- Manage execution of commissioning and qualification activities in alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and GMP compliance.
- Support automation qualification (DeltaV, PLC, SCADA) and ensure integration with process control systems.
- Review vendor documentation and coordinate SAT with suppliers and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during C&Q execution.
- Ensure all C&Q deliverables meet internal Quality and Validation standards, and align with site Validation Master Plan (VMP).
- Support handover of qualified systems to Manufacturing and Maintenance teams, including training and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA Validation, Manufacturing, and Automation.

Automation Engineer
Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
- Lead the review, closure, and follow-up of I/O and Loop Check qualification protocols.
- Identify and track discrepancies found during loop checks (e.g., wiring errors, signal scaling issues, or hardware faults) and drive them to closure with the electrical and instrumentation (E&I) teams.
- Ensure that every physical instrument correctly communicates with the DeltaV system according to the P&IDs and Functional Specifications.
- Execute qualification deliverables for DeltaV coding, including Phase Logic, Module testing, and Graphics verification.
- Perform on-site software testing and dry runs during the Water Batching/Startup phases to ensure code aligns with process requirements.
- Manage software versions and formal Change Controls during the transition from the "build" phase to the "validated" state.
- Author and manage Pre-Execution documents (e.g., Test Scripts, User Requirement Specifications, Functional Design Specs).
- Compile post-execution summary reports, ensuring all "As-Built" documentation is accurate and compliant with Data Integrity standards.
- Maintain the automation validation master file to be ready for regulatory inspections (FDA/EMA).
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.
