Vos responsabilités

Job Scope:

The Project Manager needs to have strong management, presentation and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Finance and banking-related applications. He/She will work closely with the business users to understand the project, estimate, plan, execute, monitor and control the project. Manage the user and team relationship throughout the projects. He/She should be very good at stakeholder management. Good to know about banking domains and activities (Front Office, Back Office, Trading) especially in the Wealth Management area.

Knowledge and experience in the Credit and Risk functions in the Wealth Management (Private Banking).

Responsibilities:

  • Define the project scope, objectives, and goals
  • Estimation and budget follow-up
  • Preparing task list with schedule and identify the risks
  • Assigning tasks to team members, overseeing the work, and managing the issues.
  • Understand the release process and tools and follow the bank standards and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
  • Follow-up on delivery from contributor as well as own development team.
  • Make sure methodology and processes are respected
  • Produce clear and comprehensive status reports
  • Produce Steering Committee documents and present to Sponsors
  • Understand user’s requirements/concerns
  • Ensure good quality of the documentation
  • Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Banking Systems; preferably for Credit Risk functions
  • Knowledge on Credit Risk
  • Financial Instruments
  • Rating for Financial Instruments and Rating Agencies
  • Derivative products: FX Forwards, FX Options, Equity Options
  • WM products like Credit Lines, Loans etc.,
  • Regulatory
  • Knowledge on Financial Instruments:
  • Different types of instruments
  • Referential data
  • Prices, Ratings, Exchange rates, Money Market rates
  • Underlying assets, Indices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.

  • Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
  • Lead the review, closure, and follow-up of I/O and Loop Check qualification protocols.
  • Identify and track discrepancies found during loop checks (e.g., wiring errors, signal scaling issues, or hardware faults) and drive them to closure with the electrical and instrumentation (E&I) teams.

  • Réaliser des opérations de mesure physique à l’aide de moyens de contrôle tridimensionnels tels que des machines de mesure tridimensionnelle (MMT), des laser trackers et des bras de mesure polyarticulés Faro.
  • Assurer la programmation, la validation et l’optimisation des programmes de mesure 3D, en veillant à leur performance et à leur conformité aux exigences métrologiques.

  • Lead the solution architecture on the projects he/she is assigned to:

  3. Ensuring the alignment of projects with our architecture principles and IT standards

  1. Leading the build of a consistent architecture documentation
  2. Presenting projects in architecture validation committee
  3. Being the reference point on a set of applications for support/evolution activities

  5. Bringing Cloud and architecture awareness to application teams
  • Being the reference architect on a set of applications for support/evolution activities (having low architecture impacts), before and after they are migrated into the Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with following roles:

  2. Tech leads/Developers, to understand the architecture of the applications/screens and analyze potential issues
