Job Scope:

The Project Manager needs to have strong management, presentation and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Finance and banking-related applications. He/She will work closely with the business users to understand the project, estimate, plan, execute, monitor and control the project. Manage the user and team relationship throughout the projects. He/She should be very good at stakeholder management. Good to know about banking domains and activities (Front Office, Back Office, Trading) especially in the Wealth Management area.

Knowledge and experience in the Credit and Risk functions in the Wealth Management (Private Banking).

Responsibilities:

  • Define the project scope, objectives, and goals
  • Estimation and budget follow-up
  • Preparing task list with schedule and identify the risks
  • Assigning tasks to team members, overseeing the work, and managing the issues.
  • Understand the release process and tools and follow the bank standards and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
  • Follow-up on delivery from contributor as well as own development team.
  • Make sure methodology and processes are respected
  • Produce clear and comprehensive status reports
  • Produce Steering Committee documents and present to Sponsors
  • Understand user’s requirements/concerns
  • Ensure good quality of the documentation
  • Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Banking Systems; preferably for Credit Risk functions
  • Knowledge on Credit Risk

  • WM products like Credit Lines, Loans etc.,

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project ManagerBusiness Analysthis/her responsibilities are:

  • Ensures end-to-end responsibility as global delivery lead for achieving the program / project objectives in accordance with commitments made by the business line.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, responsibilities are:

  • Gather the requirements from End Users, Product Owner
  • Write DFS (Detailed Functional specifications) / GFS (General Functional specifications) or user stories and confirm the understanding with the developers.

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages.
  • Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories
  • Ensure all transfer order transaction in SAP system are completed accurately as per physical movement
  • Support and assist in investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedure
  • Responsible for raw materials sampling for laboratory testing according to standard.
  • Involve in routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
  • Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.
  • Support for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time for delivery.
  • Operate all material handling equipment such as forklift and VNA with standard operating and safety procedure.
  • Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition by ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Experience in handling sterile and hazardous material
  • Contribute in establishing warehouse SOP (Standard operating procedure)
