About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager/Capex Biotech (F/H) to join an Engineering team working on investment projects with long term visibility over the next few years.
Role:
-
Needs analysis, URS definition, feasibility study, risk analysis,
-
Support and coordinate CAPEX projects for new biotech equipment or revamping of existing facilities (USP and/or DSP processes, single use, bioreactors, skids, columns, utilities, automated equipment),
-
Provide cross-functional project management and bring together the various business experts and quality specialists to drive projects forward,
-
Manage supplier relations,
-
Manage the various stages of development, from FAT SAT qualification validation to commissioning,
-
Guarantee budget, planning and compliance with GMP, EHS and client standards.
Your profile
-
Engineering, Bachelor's degree, university degree or similar,
-
Experience with biotechnology production equipment (vaccine production, etc.),
-
Over 6 years' experience in biotech project management (mechanical and process engineering),
-
Knowledge of GMP regulations,
-
Cross-disciplinary management experience,
-
Leadership, interpersonal skills, rigor, team spirit, results orientation, assertiveness, diplomacy and excellent communication skills,

Fluent French and professional English.

- Participation in the various phases of the project, from design to documentation, development, commissioning and testing.

As an Industrial Set-up Engineer F/H, your tasks will be :
- Assembly and fine-tuning of special automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines and developed prototypes.
- Read and analyze technical drawings and diagrams.
- Install and assemble machines in compliance with technical instructions.
- Carry out the necessary tests and adjustments.
- Diagnose faults and propose corrective solutions.
- Ensure technical follow-up of machines after installation.
- Train production teams to use the equipment.
