About the role

To strengthen our Testing group, we're looking for a Test Manager responsible for managing, planning and coordinating testing for digital transformation projects.

You will work closely with the test and development teams and project managers to ensure that the necessary test data is available, reliable and compliant with the requirements of each project. You will also develop and implement test management strategies.

Your role

  • Collaborate with test and development teams to understand test data requirements for each project.
  • Design and implement test data management strategies, taking into account industry best practices
  • Identify and collect appropriate data sets for test scenarios, taking into account the diversity of use cases
  • Validate the quality and integrity of test data, ensuring that it accurately reflects real-life conditions.
  • Set up processes for the efficient creation, modification and deletion of test data.
  • Ensure that test data is managed securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Resolve test data problems, such as inconsistencies, anomalies or conflicts.
  • Track and document changes to test data, keeping an accurate and up-to-date record.

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in computer science or general engineering and at least 5 years' proven experience in test management in a software development environment.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of spoken and written English (B2 level minimum).
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and the various phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • API Rest testing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • ISTQB certified
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
