As a Trim Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:

• Transfer and update technical files in the current database.
• Preparation of comprehensive documentation for the definition of components and assemblies (models, geometric drawings, and related data).
• Searching for and retrieving technical definitions from archives and legacy data management systems.
• Analysis and verification of the compliance and accuracy of definition data when it is reused.
• Identifying and managing requirements for geometric analysis, material composition, material condition, assembly, and marking.
• Proposed changes to the definition and facilitation of technical validation sessions.
• Supporting remanufacturing needs and managing the necessary modifications.
• Use of tools for managing and tracking activities.
• Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the processes for mass-produced watch components.
• Proposing, communicating, and optimizing work methodologies.

We are hiring a Supply Chain Product Owner (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.

As a Supply Chain Product Owner – Industrial Sector (M/F), your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery process to maximize the value delivered: coordinating the implementation of changes, ensuring milestones are met, and continuously prioritizing tasks.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog (tickets, feature requests, and fixes) based on value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
• Requirement gathering, scoping, and formalization: facilitating workshops, drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and preparing for functional testing.
• Communicating and sharing updates on progress, trade-offs, and impacts with various stakeholders (field staff, IT, management).
• Ensuring quality, reliability, and service continuity, in close collaboration with the Application Support team.
• Developing technical expertise in L.E.S.: interfaces, workflows, configuration, and functional architecture to guide decision-making, evaluate solutions, and anticipate impacts.

• Implementation and optimization of logistics processes to improve the efficiency, reliability, and resilience of operations.
• Management of multi-site organizational projects aimed at standardizing and harmonizing logistics practices.
• Mapping and analyzing logistics flows to identify opportunities for optimization and simplification.
• Standardization of workflows and formalization of documentation (procedures, operating guidelines, standards).
• Supporting and training field teams to adopt new processes and manage change.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the transformations implemented.
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our actions.
• Monitors best practices and proposes tools or methods for continuous improvement tailored to logistics.

As a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Plan and lead technical convergence reviews, including process plans, controls and capabilities.
• Develop and industrialize ranges and bills of materials for new products.
• Manage activity planning and risk management.
• Unite the resources involved.
• Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
• Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.

We are recruiting an Industrial Control Metrology Technician (M/F) to join our industrial expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As an Industrial Control Metrology Technician (M/F), your responsibilities will include :

• Program final inspections of tooling on Optics & Vision checking fixtures.
• Define optimal control sequences in terms of capacity, accuracy and time for products.
• Create, test and validate control programs, taking into account control plans and product characteristics.
• Ensure the capacity of control operations.
• Manage and update control master data in the information system.
