About the role

Job Description

  • Contribute to Telecommunication industry for Antaes client.
  • Identify project requirements, milestones, tollgates, and customer inputs.
  • Prescribe the correct order and interconnections between project processes in partnership with CPM.
  • Administer these processes in an activity management platform.
  • Align operational plans and supply delivery, adjusting timing based on delivery team inputs.
  • Monitor delivery documents and report deviations.
  • Create, plan, and release work plans to stakeholders.
  • Update the Top Down Plan and Customer Deliverable Master List.
  • Analyze and align legal impacts, including OHS + EHS, security, and financial impacts.
  • Review and translate contractual terms and conditions into defined customer deliverables.
  • Analyze operational progress of the project, including financial and delivery aspects.
  • Ensure project reports are accurate and timely distributed.
  • Identify reporting requirements and ensure alignment and consistency of information across systems.
  • Gather and evaluate inputs required for planning work and detail delivery pace based on scope and duration.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to the CPM for current and future projects.
  • Efficiently use data analysis to identify improvements in cost, timeline, and overall performance.
  • Support adherence to responsible business practices from delivery teams and ASPs.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the project.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or any relevant tertiary education level.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Project Planning/ Coordination
  • Dynamic individual with great communication skills and management of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Project Planning tools, ERP systems and Analytics tools (EriSite, Premium Proposal, Salesforce, SAP, Global Chronos, Connected x Tool Suit, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Familiarity with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations
