About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with local teams, distribution partners, and international supply chain to ensure timely and optimal stock replenishment to meet demand targets.
  • Coordinate with demand planners to anticipate demand fluctuations.
  • Monitor incoming shipments for on-time delivery, keeping local teams and vendors informed.
  • Follow up with forwarders/couriers on shipment clearance and resolve related issues.
  • Communicate potential supply plan issues promptly and professionally based on demand forecasts.
  • Identify problematic SKUs and communicate issues with corrective actions.
  • Manage customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery, serving as the main contact for stock availability, pricing, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Drive accountability through key performance metrics and reporting to support management requirements.
  • Monitor and manage transactions to maintain system accuracy.
  • Oversee supply chain projects or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
  • Adhere to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) schedule, generate reports, and conduct analysis.
  • Work closely with distributors or 4PL providers to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Ensure compliant Sales Recognition with Finance, ICC, and Sales departments.
  • Administer shipment service complaints and insurance claims following standard procedures.
  • Analyze and report supply chain performance, proactively identifying issues and developing action plans.
  • Manage local finished goods inventories, optimizing stock levels and minimizing write-offs.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop expertise in Supply Chain Management and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Contribute to Global/Supply Chain Group objectives and tasks.
  • Collaborate with distributors or 3PL providers to optimize inventory processes and support financial, stock, and quality audits.
  • Support Quality requirements, including stock blocking and traceability compliance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Your profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Several years of Regional Supply Chain experience in a multinational setting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Freight Management, import/export procedures, documentation, Letter of Credit, Warehouse Management, and 3PL operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders across various levels and functions.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
