About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in purchasing and procurement.

The aim of this mandate is to support our client in the transformation of its IS. More specifically, our client is in the process of switching from a SaaS application to an integrated SAP solution. In this context, you will be responsible for supporting this transformation and helping to redefine new procure-to-pay processes.

With your years of experience, you'll be seen as an expert in project management, a methodological reference, an expert in communication, and capable of implementing the "Best Practices" of Agile project management in a complex, high-quality environment.

Your objectives:

  • Plan and periodically monitor project progress.
  • Control the balance between quality and deadlines, define tasks, responsibilities, critical control points and skills requirements.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders.
  • Manage, prioritize and coordinate project tasks
  • Lead business sessions on functional/decision-making aspects.
  • Produce summary documents.
  • Manage validations: prepare decisions to be made.
  • Identify, assess, monitor and update risks, coordinate risk management.

Your profile

  • You have a degree (University, EPF,...) in engineering or computer science, or a degree from a business school.
  • You have at least 7 years' experience in IT project management and knowledge of IT project environments.
  • You have experience in a purchasing or procurement department, or in P2P/P2O processes.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with SAP-related topics (implementation, migration, rollout).
  • Ideally, you have at least one year's experience in the luxury sector and/or in an environment combining industry and digital.
  • You are autonomous and your leadership skills enable you to manage projects from start to finish.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
