About the role

We are recruiting an Industrial Quality Project Manager (F/H) on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise on a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As an Industrial Quality Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Lead and participate in the internal quality prevention initiative during industrial qualifications, in particular for positioning on aesthetic defects, revision and change of processes or quality criteria.
  • Manage internal non-conformities with responsiveness and methodology.
  • Develop a quality system to ensure compliance with best practices, both operational and informational.
  • Analyze quality performance and suggest areas for improvement to meet targets.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide methodological support for quality tools and processes.
  • In collaboration with management, purchasing and industrialization managers, lead the creation of supplier panels in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the qualification of pairs of articles/external suppliers in line with project schedules and objectives.
  • Manage the quality performance of external suppliers and pilot continuous improvement projects with them.

Your profile

  • University degree, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent training.
  • Solid professional experience (minimum 5 years) in project management and risk analysis.
  • Experience in machining, polishing or cleanroom environment an asset.
  • Proven mastery of statistics and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, AMDEC, MSP, Audit, etc.).
  • Proven skills in the use of standard office automation tools and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, with a taste for working in the field.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and provide an effective methodology.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Powerful and diplomatic, with a unifying personality.
  • Leadership in group facilitation.
  • Adaptability and team spirit.
