Senior Business Analyst, Calypso

• Design the network architecture of equipment and ensure its interaction with clients infrastructures,
• Develop, commission and maintain HMI applications, reporting tools and data collection systems for assembly machines,
• Contribute to all phases of the project: design, development, commissioning, testing and documentation,
• Plan and monitor project progress in collaboration with your colleagues and the project manager,
• Provide technical support and make occasional visits to clients,
• Participate in R&D innovation projects, particularly in data analysis and machine learning,
• Travel to clients sites (10-20% of time).

• Ensure legal compliance of industrial installations according to Swiss regulations.
• Define and implement the maintenance strategy aligned with site and production needs.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance budget, providing clear justification for expenses.
• Analyze failures and drive continuous improvement to increase equipment reliability.
• Develop renovation plans, manage related projects, and oversee commissioning.
• Lead and support the maintenance, intervention, and project teams within your area.
• Provide backup for other maintenance engineers when required.

• Analyze needs and risks,
• Define specifications, URS, strategy and design,
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers,
• Manage the implementation, ensure FAT/SAT follow-up, qualification/validation, through to commissioning,
• Draft all necessary documentation,
• Program assembly machines on Rockwell and Siemens PLCs,
• Programming precision machines on Beckhoff PLCs,
• Provide technical support,
• Travel to clients sites (10-20% of time).
