About the role

We are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager - Investment/Process (M/F) to support a major industrial player in the management and steering of strategic projects linked to investments and the improvement of production processes.

 

As an Industrailization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Achieve quality objectives with the support of technical experts.
  • Leading needs analysis, integrating clients expectations and technical references to structure projects.
  • Unite contributors around objectives and promote teamwork.
  • Formalize industrial scenarios and technical solutions, monitor activities and identify risks.
  • Justify necessary changes and contribute to continuous improvement plans and investment programs.
  • Update project information and communicate on quality, risks, deadlines and costs.
  • Lead follow-up meetings, deal with discrepancies and facilitate decision-making.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the development of internal reference systems.

Your profile

  • HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma in mechanics or microtechnology.
  • 7 to 12 years in industry, with expertise in process project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and investing in large-scale projects, in particular special-purpose machines and machining centers.
  • Experience in dealing with industrial equipment suppliers.
  • Ability to quickly take on a technical scope, particularly in general mechanics and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to manage a group of experts with cross-functional vision and natural leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear, structured approach.
  • Strong commitment, sense of responsibility and ability to make proposals.
  • Structured, process-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in professional English (B2).

Quality Control Raw Materials Consultant

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Perform sampling of raw materials under controlled conditions (classified and non-classified areas).
  • Execute analytical and/or microbiological testing of raw materials as per approved methods (e.g. ID, purity, pH, conductivity, endotoxin, bioburden, compendial tests).
  • Review supplier CoAs and perform verification testing against specifications and pharmacopeias
  • Document all activities and data in compliance with GDP and cGMP requirements.
  • Support qualification of new raw material suppliers and material change controls.
  • Participate in equipment qualification, method verification/validation and periodic review of raw material specifications.
  • Assist in investigation of OOS/OOT results, deviations, and support CAPA implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, material handling and contamination control requirements during sampling and testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of raw material release processes and QC workflows.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.

Project Engineer

Job Scope:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Develop and maintain detailed C&Q schedules using project planning tools (e.g., MS Project), aligned with overall project timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, validation, QA, QC, and operations teams to plan and sequence commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of C&Q milestones.
  • Support the development and execution of C&Q strategies, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and activities.
  • Ensure C&Q activities comply with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resource planning and availability for C&Q tasks, including vendor and contractor support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and change control records related to C&Q scope.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing schedule-related documentation and insights.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.
