About the role

The Project Manager-Business Analyst will take the lead and manage projects primarily related to the Reconciliation System of Wealth Management activity in Europe and in Asia.

 

Job Description:

  • Analyze new requirements coming in the domain with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions
  • Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
  • Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, General Functional Specifications (GFS), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, etc.
  • Organize and run dedicated committees (steering committees, project committees, etc)
  • Identify and report on project risks, attention points, and issues to follow up
  • Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to the project
  • Coordinate, supervise, and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Manage all the decision-making and analysis processes allowing to design, validation the solution, and get the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget, and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the Bank's Project governance is applied at each step
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Ensure a good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders in each location

Your profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 7 years of Business Analysis with Project Management experience in working on Wealth Management Banking
  • Strong working knowledge of Reconciliation Systems (Intellimatch) - MUST HAVE
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
  • Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
  • Singapore Citizens are highly preferred
