Job Scope:

• Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst - Tax Regulatory Projects, Wealth Management context

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, Business Analysthis/herresponsibilities are:

• Ensures end-to-end responsibility as global delivery lead for achieving the program / project objectives in accordance with commitments made by the business line.
• Facilitate committees and work closely with the project team to deliver the project deliverables, prioritization, estimations, and planning.
• Prepares, consolidates, and validates estimates and schedules throughout the project.
• Maintain project cost without any major drift in overall project costing till end of project. Challenge user needs and provide best optimum solution within budget and capacity.
• Planning of resourcing and capacity based on project needs.
• Creates partnership with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance)
• Assist the project team in gathering the high-level business requirements from the end users and manage GFS
• Perform analysis with squad BA and with other applications squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces.
• Work with the BA and testing team to review global strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery.
• Support UAT with users and BAs (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team).
• Vendor management along with tracking maintenance costs, budgets, and offers.
• Ensure coherence of the tasks and commitment based on release and functionality of overall product.
• Recognizes typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommends possible solutions.
• Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues. Takes time to help them identify critical connections, consequences, and alternatives. Recognizes successful adaptations.
• Contributes & ensures compliance to organization governance, Secure Agile or SDLC frameworks.
• Provide regular update/ reporting to Division Manager/Domain Head.
• Manage the release planning and management of the deliveries and update necessary tools required. Ensure transparency and adapts plans when changes occur. Prioritizes tasks based on importance.
• Manage Global Program / Project Steering committee with senior management.
• Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects if required.

• Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) - Tax Regulatory Projects, Wealth Management context

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, responsibilities are:

• Gather the requirements from End Users, Product Owner
• Write DFS(Detailed Functional specifications) / GFS(General Functional specifications) or user stories and confirm the understanding with the developers.
• Perform analysis with the Product Owners or BA's of other applications squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces.
• Work with developers on system design and development/unit testing.
• Work with the testing team to review SIT strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery and conduct SIT to ensure quality of delivery.
• Support UAT (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team).
• Support Project delivery and ensure requirements are in-place in Production.
• Assist the Program / Project Manager and/or DEV team on any governance, security or architecture related follow-up or deliverables. A technical-functional knowledge is required in order to achieve this.
• Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues.
• Recognizes typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommends possible solutions.

In addition, as Business Analyst, you are expected to:

• Organize and run dedicated meetings, internal & management committees.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: GFS, DFS, Business process design, minutes, review and validation with Sponsors, presentation etc.
• Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design.
• Be the liaison between the Program / Project Manager (and Business side) and Technology teams.
• Participate to the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development support, test support, release, implementation & guarantee support.
• Support on PM & SM activities on need basis.

Job Scope:

• Software and Application Manager to manage end-to-end software development projects and L3 support for Trade Finance applications.
• Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and QA engineers to review and deliver enhancements on time and within expected timelines.
• Analyze the functional flow and design the system using efficient algorithms

Direct Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end development of BGC (Bank Guarantee Commission) system using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, BA, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality enhancements on time and within expected timelines.
• Monitor the results and quality of the delivery and ensure projects are scoped correctly for the releases
• Review solutions and provide technical expertise to the development of software and application features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices.

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Liaise with sponsors and project managers, keeping them updated on release progress against milestones, risks, issues and finances.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Operations and infrastructure Technology team(s) to ensure changes deliver to time, cost and quality measures.
• Ability to communicate and present key delivery strategies to senior business stakeholders.
• Communicate release status, activity progress and issues encountered throughout the duration of release activities
• Help troubleshoot and coordinate activities to resolve incidents and issues in non-prod and prod regions
• Provide project reporting to IT management on ongoing status, milestones, successes, and project risks
• Set and communicate release schedules and expectations across all involved
• Manage and control issues and risks for the duration of the release cycle to ensure a well-organized and successful deployment

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational processes and equipment performance, aiming to achieve the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.
• Lead thorough investigations into non-conformance incidents, developing comprehensive reports on issues related to quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) observed during manufacturing or batch reviews.
• Proactively monitor existing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations on operational improvements that align with business targets and contribute to overall manufacturing success.
• Review and contribute to the development of batch-related recipes (such as those in POMS and DeltaV), manual operations procedures, and additional manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Offer expert input or review the design of batch and cleaning manufacturing recipes within the Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Lead and manage digitalization projects that align with and support the company's strategic business objectives, enhancing automation and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for operators on processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and proficiency in operational practices.
• Leads/participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA)

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages.
• Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories
• Ensure all transfer order transaction in SAP system are completed accurately as per physical movement
• Support and assist in investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedure
• Responsible for raw materials sampling for laboratory testing according to standard.
• Involve in routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
• Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.
• Support for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time for delivery.
• Operate all material handling equipment such as forklift and VNA with standard operating and safety procedure.
• Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition by ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations clean.
• Experience in handling sterile and hazardous material
• Contribute in establishing warehouse SOP (Standard operating procedure)
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
