About the role

As part of a project to strengthen our team for a strategic banking project, you will be integrated into a project team. Your main mission will be to carry out a functional analysis of existing processes, define functional specifications and support project implementation.

 

As a Business Analyst F/H, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Carry out analyses of existing processes and system functionalities.
  • Define and validate functional specifications in collaboration with project teams.
  • Contribute to the design of technical and functional architecture diagrams.
  • Organize and carry out factory and UAT tests, while providing the necessary support.
  • Coordinate project players and monitor developments, corrections and action plans.
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements, validate specifications and prepare project committees.
  • Participate in Steering Committees by drafting minutes and preparing support materials.
  • Budget management, including invoice tracking.
  • Write operational procedures and control test and migration files.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of payment processes (SIC, EuroSIC, SEPA) or bankcards is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with management, users and suppliers.
  • Training in Business Analysis (IREB, BABOK certifications) and project management (Agile, Prince2).
  • Proven experience in banking project management, with an edge in SWIFT-related projects.
