Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Manage the routine receiving of goods, including verification of shipments, checking delivery documents, and processing receiving documents for submission to the Quality team for approval if required
• Update the JDE (JD Edwards) system with accurate receiving information to maintain up-to-date inventory records
• Operate a forklift or reach truck to put away goods in the designated warehouse locations after clearance
• Ensure safe handling and storage of goods in compliance with warehouse safety protocols and pharmaceutical standards.
• Coordinate the transfer of materials between warehouses and deliver them to designated users or departments as per internal requests
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse while maintaining proper documentation and records of transfers
• Assist in preparing and processing outgoing shipments, such as samples and Bulk Drug Substance (BDS), ensuring that all shipments are packed and labeled correctly
• Coordinate with external couriers and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments, while adhering to temperature control and pharmaceutical shipping requirements
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead Global Banking Payments and Cash Management IT digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our organization specifically within the Payments and Cash Management business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Owner to planning and developing IT Delivery Roadmap for projects and to monitor the execution from end-to-end perspective.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors, to ensure that digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems. Optimising IT Project Delivery resource capacity as well as aligning deployment / implementation windows managed by Application Production Support team.
• Budgets & Forecasts: Support and assist the Domain Head and/or Programme Manager on budget matters
• Digital Literacy: Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital tools and systems.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization's data and systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

We are recruiting an Industrialization Project Manager - Special Machine F/H to join our industrial expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.

As an Industrialization Project Manager - Special Machine F/H, your missions will be :

• Manage special machine development projects, taking into account functional requirements, technical feasibility and manufacturing constraints.
• Use CAD software to create accurate 3D models of components and assemblies.
• Carry out stress and performance analyses to guarantee the robustness and efficiency of designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical specifications and manufacturing documents to guide production.
• Carry out tests and simulations to validate design performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a technology watch to keep abreast of trends and innovations in mechanical design.

We are recruiting a Simultaneous Engineering and Design Manager on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As Simultaneous Engineering and Design Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Organize joint studies between the Design Office and the Methods department to ensure a smooth transition to industrialization.
• Mobilize the various players in industrialization to harmonize technical requirements with production imperatives.
• Carry out geometric tolerancing analyses and ensure compliance with Design Office specifications.
• Communicate any identified need for additional technical expertise to the Business Line Manager.
• Manage the creation of digital models for production, ensuring their consistency with tolerancing studies.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of a cross-functional standardization approach within the Industrialization function.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well-defined.
• Performing systematic business analysis.
• Validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.
• Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.
• Develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach.
• To guide the Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders.
• Rationalize test cases when needed to match with available resources and target timeline.
• Validate SIT test results produced by the testing team to sign off.
• Assist users in planning/executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by the development team.
