About the role
Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Responsible for execution of batch manufacturing instructions in accordance with pre-defined procedures and training.
- Ensures batch execution is performed with adherence process critical steps and ensures flawless execution
- Provides inputs on operational and process related improvements to achieve site business targets and manufacturing excellence.
- Performs technical verification of batch related recipes (POMS and DeltaV), manual operations and adhoc manufacturing documentations
- Provides input in design of manufacturing recipe in DCS
- Participate in digitalization projects and identify areas for process and operational streamlining
- Adheres to safe work environment in accordance with regulatory and global/local EHS policies
- Participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA)
- Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner
- Communicates all events/issues effectively with relevant stakeholders
- Provide inputs for investigation - impact assessment and appropriate CAPA
- Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode
- Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential
- Ensures processes are running as per planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Your profile
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/ or Compliance (GxP) environment
- This role would require 12 hour rotating shift (Day/ Night)
- Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

As a PLM CAD Data Manager, your role will be :
- Migrate various elements from different information systems to the Windchill PLM environment
- Create/modify/update various CAD models and drawings from the old PLM environment in CREO and Windchill
- Support the client teams in deploying new PLM methodologies
Chargé de Projet PLM F/H
We are recruiting a PLM Classification Project Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.
As PLM Classification Project Manager (M/F), your role will be:
- Definition, structuring, maintenance, and application of the classification framework (families, subfamilies, attributes, authorized values, coding and naming rules).
- Classification and codification of data according to PLM standards, with completeness and consistency checks.
- Drafting and updating classification standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Management of special cases: qualification, treatment proposal, and escalation if necessary.
- Preparation and facilitation of professional workshops: classification of types, collection of discrepancies, trade-offs, convergence towards a standard, and formalization of decisions.
- Analysis of business needs and data types.
- Preparation and participation in classification pilot tests: sample creation, execution, analysis of results, and adjustment of rules.
- Post-migration compliance validation: classification checks, anomaly tracking, and implementation of corrections.
- Monitoring and updating quality KPIs (compliance, error rate, reuse, duplicates).
- One-time contribution to migration activities (post-loading checks, classification rules related to mapping).
- Active participation in reporting on operations carried out in accordance with the schedule.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the PLM data model, classification strategies, and their evolution.
