About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team in Geneva. The objective is to support our client in the management and coordination of various HR-related projects, with a focus on the digitization of business processes.

 

  • Supporting our client in the digitization of HR processes, by identifying and optimizing target processes.
  • Standardize HR practices across sites.
  • Coordinate digitalization projects with an approach focused on HR business lines and stakeholder needs.
  • Plan, organize and supervise HR projects linked to digitalization, HRIS migration and business process optimization.
  • Work with HR departments (Payroll, Recruitment, Career Management) to redefine and harmonize processes.
  • Develop a strategic HR roadmap adapted to the challenges of digitalization.
  • Monitor projects in terms of quality, budget, risks and resources.
  • Manage change management by involving teams and facilitating their adoption of new tools and processes.

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Project Management or equivalent.
  • 6 to 7 years' experience in HR project management, ideally in digitalization or business process reengineering.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of the HR business and of Swiss legal specificities in this field.
  • Proven skills in communication, change management and leadership.
