About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team in Geneva. The objective is to support our client in the management and coordination of various HR-related projects, with a focus on the digitization of business processes.
- Supporting our client in the digitization of HR processes, by identifying and optimizing target processes.
- Standardize HR practices across sites.
- Coordinate digitalization projects with an approach focused on HR business lines and stakeholder needs.
- Plan, organize and supervise HR projects linked to digitalization, HRIS migration and business process optimization.
- Work with HR departments (Payroll, Recruitment, Career Management) to redefine and harmonize processes.
- Develop a strategic HR roadmap adapted to the challenges of digitalization.
- Monitor projects in terms of quality, budget, risks and resources.
- Manage change management by involving teams and facilitating their adoption of new tools and processes.
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Project Management or equivalent.
- 6 to 7 years' experience in HR project management, ideally in digitalization or business process reengineering.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and project management tools.
- Good knowledge of the HR business and of Swiss legal specificities in this field.
- Proven skills in communication, change management and leadership.

Industrial Safety Project Manager
We are recruiting an Industrial Safety Project Manager M/F to join our center of expertise on a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As an Industrial Safety Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage a new product development project with a strong safety dimension.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, including ASPICE and ISO 13849.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, particularly in software and hardware development.
- Effectively manage relations and coordination with cross-functional teams located abroad (Italy and Germany).
- Define and manage project objectives in terms of deadlines, costs and quality.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of project progress, identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions.
C&Q Engineer Visual Inspection
- Participate in the qualification of manual and automated visual inspection systems.
- Write documentation: URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, validation reports.
- Carry out risk analyses (FMEA, HAZOP) linked to visual inspection.
- Monitor and coordinate field tests.
- Interact with quality, production and technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance (GMP).
- Act as the QLC technical contact for visual inspection issues.
Industrialization Project Manager, Logistics Equipment Investment F/H
We are recruiting a Project Manager for Industrialization and Investment in Logistics Equipment to join our center of expertise in a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As Project Manager, your main tasks will be :
Industrialization of equipment and acquisition of logistics resources:
- Formulate needs, define objectives and consolidate input data
- Propose concepts in line with objectives
- Drawing up specifications
- Coordinate actions with the project team
- Supplier selection
- Lead regular project sessions
- Drawing up and monitoring schedules
- Coordinate meetings with industrial partners
- Suggest areas for continuous improvement and study new logistics technologies
SME Master Batch Record Designer - PAS X
- Oversee and update MBRs based on manufacturing changes.
- Participate in MBR design workshops and informal test runs.
- Support and execute MBR verification protocols.
- Provide HyperCare during site go-live and assist with end-user training.
- Support MES validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
As MBR Designer:
- Ensure MBR accuracy and compliance with manufacturing processes.
- Create master data and manage object setup (status diagrams).
- Adhere to global MBR design standards.
C&Q Lead - Fill & Finish
- Oversee C&Q activities in line with project plans and validation requirements.
- Lead and coordinate commissioning work for filling and freeze-drying (lyophilization) systems.
- Manage equipment such as vial filling systems (peristaltic and piston pumps), isolators (Grade A environment), lyophilizers, and stopper treatment stations.
- Plan and schedule commissioning activities and ensure coordination with other departments.
- Contribute to updates of the C&Q and validation plans throughout the project.
