About the role

Context:

  • The Analyst will handle Application Support activities.
  • Provide support for Olympic (Core Banking) and related interfaces and systems.
  • Play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests, and end-user queries.

Job Description:

  • Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
  • Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer's trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
  • Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
  • Maintain knowledge articles.
  • Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in Banking industry as an IT Production L1/L2 suppor
  • With good knowledge and experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
  • With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Olympic banking system is a strong plus
  • With basic AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
  • Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
  • Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can interact with a diverse group.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help the team to achieve its objectives.
  • Singapore core applications preferred.
