Application Support Analyst (Banking Applications, AS400, UNIX, Olympic Core Banking System)

We are looking for a talented MLOps Engineer to join our production team, specializing in implementing cutting-edge generative AI and machine learning applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft OpenAI, Domino Data Lab, and Mistral models. This role requires the ability to identify differences between various models, monitor their performance, and collaborate closely with application teams to share knowledge and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to Implement and optimize generative AI and machine learning models in production environments.
• Provision & manage the infrastructure required for hosting ML models, including cloud resources and on-premises servers.
• Utilize containerization technologies like Docker to package models and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating the testing, integration, and deployment of ML models.
• Implement version control to track changes in both code and model artifacts.
• Optimize existing models for performance and scalability.
• Establish monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of deployed models.
• Set up logging mechanisms to capture relevant information for debugging and auditing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and data protection standards.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results for transparency and reproducibility.

As project manager :

• Project structuring, documentation and planning,
• Time and risk management,
• Follow-up and moderation of project review sessions,
• Preparation and participation in steering committee meetings,

As a change manager :

• Situational diagnosis,
• Development and monitoring of change and communication plans,
• Contribution to the actions of these plans to facilitate adoption by the teams,
• Support for local managers,
• Advising the head of department as the project's principal and helping to prepare exchanges with the unions or communication actions.

We are recruiting an Electroplating Maintenance Technician on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As an Electroplating Maintenance Technician F/H, your responsibilities will include :

• Work independently while ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with the team, in order to reduce downtime as much as possible.
• Rigorously apply established processes, including ERP tracking and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Identify and propose areas for improvement, and ensure their operational deployment.
• Share feedback, recommendations and best practices from our operations within the team, while encouraging mutual support.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Maintain relationships of trust and quality with suppliers and subcontractors.
