About the role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients
  • To achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operation processing mode and technical stack for the ITO.
  • Support the transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.
  • To place a focus on gathering requirements for the project and preparing high level functional specifications.
  • Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance.
  • Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries.
  • Test management for the front to finance chain Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience
  • PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.
  • Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets
  • Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions
  • Knowledge on Trade life cycle
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
  • Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations
  • Understanding of Equity Derivative Products and Lifecycle events
  • Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience - Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
  • Transversal front to back project implementation experience - Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
  • Results driven, proactive, and possesses great critical thinking and analytical skills
