About the role
Coordination of site activities:
- Organize and plan on-site work in close collaboration with the project manager and operational teams.
- Coordinate the various trades (plumbing, electrical, civil engineering, etc.) and external service providers.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Monitoring compliance with standards and regulations:
- Ensure that all work complies with safety, environmental and health standards in force in the chemical sector.
- Participate in risk management, by analyzing and anticipating safety and environmental risks.
Monitoring budgets and deadlines:
- Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
- Implement corrective actions in the event of budget or deadline slippage, and communicate any necessary adjustments to line management.
Communication and reporting:
- Write regular progress reports on the state of work and submit these reports to stakeholders.
- Organize regular site monitoring meetings with teams and clients to review progress.
Quality and control:
- Ensure the quality of the work carried out and guarantee that all technical and regulatory aspects are scrupulously respected.
- Ensure regular inspections to check work compliance and make adjustments if necessary.
Human resources and logistics:
- Manage on-site teams and optimize available human and material resources.
- Ensure the supply of materials and equipment required for the smooth running of the work.
Your profile
- Training in construction, civil engineering or a technical field related to the chemical industry (e.g. chemical engineering, process engineering, etc.).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a site coordinator in the chemical industry or a similar industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the chemical sector.
- Project management and site supervision skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Project, Excel, site management software).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Good communication skills, autonomy and thoroughness.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Your responsibilities:
As a Project Manager specializing in electrical panel construction, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects assigned to the technical department, as well as for preparing technical proposals.
- Develop technical activities related to electrical panels and switchboards;
- Advise clients analyzing their needs, propose appropriate technical solutions, and identify relevant options;
- Conduct technical studies in your area of expertise and prepare the corresponding reports;
- Develop technical specifications for supplier solicitations and make recommendations;
- Prepare and draft proposals for clients or external clients ;

Senior Project Manager – HVAC and Industrial Utilities

For industrial engineering projects, we are seeking anexperienced project manager specializing in utilities and HVACto lead on-site infrastructure and technical improvement projects.
The role involves contributing to the implementation of capital projects and resolving technical issues related to utility and energy systems.
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct technical studies from the design phase through to completion, in accordance with the specifications and site standards.
- Manage utility, energy, and HVAC systems for industrial projects (safety management, budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, and technical coordination).
- Draft technical specifications for supplier solicitations and oversee studies conducted by external partners.
- Manage orders and monitor suppliers and service providers.
- Supervise on-site work as a site manager and ensure that construction projects run smoothly.
- Assist with the commissioning of facilities (adjustments, tests, test protocols).
- Provide technical support to operational teams as a subject matter expert.
- Help define the site’s energy and HVAC strategy, particularly in the development of a multi-year master plan.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage electrical systems as part of complex industrial projects involving multiple utilities (heating, drinking water, wastewater, hydrogen, gas, geothermal energy, etc.)
- Define, design, and cost-estimate optimal technical solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects by maintaining adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards, while operating with a high degree of autonomy
