As an Electrical Automation Project Manager (M/F), your responsibilities will include :

  • Manage technical, financial and organizational aspects.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions and optimize processes.

As a Production Planner - Watchmaking, your responsibilities will include:

 

 

  • Materialize flow constraints in planning tools (series planning, new products, crimping monitoring).
  • Work with the operations teams to develop and validate production plans that meet PTF demand.
  • Manage capacity and inventory levels in line with long-term strategic objectives and short-term operational constraints.
  • Implement palliative solutions in the event of deviations, analyze the impacts, and ensure they are communicated.
  • Ensure that the load/capacity ratio of critical positions is adequate over the portfolio horizon.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the budget.
  • Develop different budget scenarios in partnership with the operating sectors in order to identify the best compromise.
  • Develop and ensure the feasibility of the qualification and delivery schedule for new products (NP).
  • Actively participate in project follow-up meetings led by project managers.
  • Ensure coordination with the S&OP planner and the relevant flow planners.
  • Lead and coordinate the creation and updating of related master data.

As a Movement Builder F/H, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Designing and developing exceptional watch movements and complications, from industrial movements to grand complications.
  • Study, design, and model 3D motion architectures using CAD software, and draw up detailed component definition plans.
  • Propose innovative concepts and caliber developments, ensuring their industrial feasibility, exploitability, and patentability potential.
  • Provide technical expertise on standards, methodologies, and calculations applied within the design office.

Job Description

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asiaclients.
  • Develop and execute C&Q documentation including commissioning protocols, SAT reports, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, summary reports, and traceability matrices. 
  • End-to-end C&Q lifecycle support for process, utility, and support systems—e.g., bioreactors, chromatography skids, filtration units, CIP/SIP, WFI, HVAC, autoclaves, and clean utilities. 
  • Manage the execution of commissioning and qualification activities in line with project schedules, safety standards, and GMP compliance. 
  • Support automation qualification (DeltaV, PLC, SCADA) and ensure integration with process control systems. 
  • Review vendor documentation and coordinate SAT with suppliers and engineering teams. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during C&Q execution. 
  • Ensure all C&Q deliverables meet internal Quality and Validation standards, and align with the site Validation Master Plan (VMP).
  • Support the handover of qualified systems to Manufacturing and Maintenance teams, including training and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA Validation, Manufacturing, and Automation.
  • Contribute to promoting Antaes services in addition to providing assistance to clients.
