• Elaborate the CQV strategy for a specific type of plant and be responsible for implementing the validation plan,
• Comply with all applicable standards and SOPs (internal and external),
• Ensure that suppliers comply with good documentation practices,
• Support FAT and SAT commissioning phases,
• Review of qualification documentation (design, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports, traceability matrices, risk analyses),
• Monitoring test execution,
• Collaboration with various project teams to ensure that qualification/validation activities are carried out correctly,
• Participate in inspections by the authorities.

The project:

• Help the Quality Control (QC) team with daily compliance-related tasks.
• Investigate and manage issues like deviations and non-conformities.
• Review lab data to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Handle documentation for deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Improve data integrity processes and report progress.
• Write, review, and update procedures and quality documents.
• Stay informed on new regulatory updates that affect QC.
• Prepare for audits and communicate with auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Support training and make sure the team follows compliance training.
• Work closely with QA and other departments to solve compliance issues.
• Provide training on GxP regulations and best practices.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations.

We are looking for a Project Manager consultant to manage the optimization of administrative space in hospital buildings in Geneva.

The project aims to improve comfort and optimize administrative space on the hospital site. It is part of a strategy to regroup departments on strategic sites, in response to the constant growth in demand for office space.

You will support the project manager in the overall management of the project. Your role will be to ensure effective coordination of actions, document key milestones, prepare expected deliverables and guarantee the project's success on time and on budget.

• Support for strategic and operational project management,
• Preparation of COPIL meetings and drafting of minutes,
• Development and monitoring of management tools: Gantt, RACI, risk matrix, budget, RIDA,
• Analysis of team needs and coordination of moves,
• Follow-up on developments, equipment and decommitments,
• Participation in the final assessment and satisfaction survey.

• Carry out feasibility studies, design and execution according to specifications,
• Draw up budgets, schedules and technical proposals,
• Manage chemical and mechanical engineering work packages (planning, monitoring deliverables, progress, budgets),
• Write technical specifications and coordinate exchanges with suppliers,
• Supervise worksites, ensure project start-up and quality.
