About the role
We are recruiting a Product Owner Supply-Chain F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Product Owner Supply-Chain F/H, your main tasks will be :
- Define and manage the vision of a Supply Chain IT solution, ensuring its alignment with the company's business needs and strategic priorities.
- Translate business requirements into concrete functionalities, manage and prioritize the backlog throughout the project.
- Oversee the progress of developments, ensure that deliverables comply with requirements, and proactively support users during solution deployment.
- Identify, analyze and prioritize business needs by managing the backlog according to their added value and strategic impact.
- Ensure smooth communication between IT and business teams, by translating needs into clear, shared functional requirements.
- Evaluate the relevance of requests, arbitrate and decide which functionalities or evolutions to integrate according to their real value.
- Place yourself in the end-user's perspective to guarantee an optimal experience, while precisely formalizing the target processes.
- Detect risks and inconsistencies in existing processes, and propose any necessary adjustments or improvements.
Your profile
- EPF, HES engineering diploma with specialization in supply chain, production management or equivalent training.
- Over 10 years' experience in Supply Chain, in complex environments (multi-sites), with Kinaxis practice a major asset.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies, particularly for prioritizing and monitoring activities.
- Excellent ability to work with a variety of technical and business contacts.
- Ability to arbitrate and make pragmatic decisions in a constrained context.
- Highly adaptable to evolve in complex, multi-stakeholder environments undergoing constant change.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to federate teams, foster cohesion and build consensus.

The project :
- Develop, test and validate software enhancements for CNC machine tools.
- Optimize software performance and stay at the cutting edge of technology.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate software solutions.
- Maintain existing software and provide technical support to users.
Project Manager - Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
