Construction Project Manager - Biotech
About the role
We are looking for a Biotech Building Construction Project Manager to join our LifeSciences teams in Switzerland.
He/she is responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of work on site, from the design phase through to final delivery. He/she is responsible for operational site supervision, guaranteeing safety, adherence to schedules, quality of work and coordination between the various players (internal and external).
Mission:
Preparing the work
- Participate in studies and planning of work execution.
- Assess resource requirements, costs and constraints.
- Working with the HSE team, define the necessary safety measures.
- Ensure compliance of legal and regulatory documents.
- Prepare and organize site installations (living quarters, access, flow, energy).
Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work activities, including external contractors.
- Ensure operational safety on site (HSE documents, lifting plans, risk analyses, work permits).
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and requirements.
- Monitor work progress and identify potential discrepancies.
- Carry out regular inspections (safety, quality, equipment, scaffolding, electricity, etc.).
- Validate contractors' work logs.
Communication and reporting
- Produce clear and regular progress reports for Project Leaders.
- Participate in technical coordination and site monitoring meetings.
- Communicate proactively with project teams (Engineering Lead, SMEs, Project Manager).
- Provide feedback at the end of the project.
Safety (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site, without taking the place of HSE specialists.
- Actively participate in risk analyses (JRA, LOTO, PLCA).
- Ensure proper application and daily closing of work permits.
- Report any shortcomings and apply corrective measures in agreement with line management.
Your profile
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in industrial project management (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, or similar sectors).
- Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, industrial, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of safety (HSE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce well-organized reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational issues in a pragmatic manner.
- Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.

We are hiring an experienced jewelry maker (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.
As an Experienced Jewelry Maker (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
- Design digital mockups and manufacturing drawings as part of the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives (kinematics, integration, ergonomics)
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data within the PLM, KHEOPS, and SAP environments
- Help implement CAD methodologies designed to optimize the team’s operational efficiency (e.g., annotated 3D models)
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of business standards
- Work closely with various partner departments to support the industrialization of new products
- Oversee the initiation of procurement processes and monitor the production of tooling and new products as the technical point of contact for suppliers
- Develop digital models in accordance with current standards and regulations
- Prepare for and support the convergence phases of projects
- Leverage technical expertise and promote its dissemination and application within teams
- Actively participate in initiatives to continuously improve processes and work methods

As an HMI / C# / Blazor Developer – Industrial Sector (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and optimize human-machine interfaces (HMIs) for industrial machinery in accordance with specifications
- Actively collaborate on the integration and commissioning of HMIs on equipment
- Train and support application engineers in the use and support of HMIs
- Draft, organize, and maintain documentation and concepts related to HMIs
- Define and run unit tests for HMI applications
- Help plan and monitor HMI development activities
