About the role
We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Project Manager - Industrial F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Continuous Improvement Project Manager - Industrial F/H, your missions will be :
- Deploy the continuous improvement process across all sectors and ensure overall coordination of the approach.
- Define the roles and responsibilities of those involved at each stage of the process.
- Design and run an effective session routine, in line with the objectives of the approach.
- Set up a coaching system to ensure that the process runs smoothly and is sustainable.
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of audits, while defining relevant performance indicators.
- Structure and formalize the approach through regular reporting and presentations to management.
- Develop the skills of stakeholders (operations, industrialization, support functions) and support change management.
Your profile
- Holds an engineering degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience (over 10 years) in cross-functional project management, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and visual management.
- Proven expertise inoperational excellence(at least 6 years).
- Proven experience in complex industrial environments, including the implementation and structuring of processes.
- Knowledge of the watch industry is a plus.
- Proficiency inMS Officeapplications and theMonday platform.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, take a strategic view, and exert constructive influence with integrity.
- Strong focus on the field, change management, and a keen sense of continuous improvement andLean Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication tailored to all levels of audience, the ability to synthesize information, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Natural leadership and a pedagogical approach that fosters team motivation and cohesion.
- Independence, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to take the initiative.
- Strong organizational, adaptability, and analytical skills.

We are hiring an experienced jewelry maker (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.
As an Experienced Jewelry Maker (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
- Design digital mockups and manufacturing drawings as part of the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives (kinematics, integration, ergonomics)
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data within the PLM, KHEOPS, and SAP environments
- Help implement CAD methodologies designed to optimize the team’s operational efficiency (e.g., annotated 3D models)
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of business standards
- Work closely with various partner departments to support the industrialization of new products
- Oversee the initiation of procurement processes and monitor the production of tooling and new products as the technical point of contact for suppliers
- Develop digital models in accordance with current standards and regulations
- Prepare for and support the convergence phases of projects
- Leverage technical expertise and promote its dissemination and application within teams
- Actively participate in initiatives to continuously improve processes and work methods

As an HMI / C# / Blazor Developer – Industrial Sector (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and optimize human-machine interfaces (HMIs) for industrial machinery in accordance with specifications
- Actively collaborate on the integration and commissioning of HMIs on equipment
- Train and support application engineers in the use and support of HMIs
- Draft, organize, and maintain documentation and concepts related to HMIs
- Define and run unit tests for HMI applications
- Help plan and monitor HMI development activities
