About the role
We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Project Manager - Industrial F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Continuous Improvement Project Manager - Industrial F/H, your missions will be :
- Deploy the continuous improvement process across all sectors and ensure overall coordination of the approach.
- Define the roles and responsibilities of those involved at each stage of the process.
- Design and run an effective session routine, in line with the objectives of the approach.
- Set up a coaching system to ensure that the process runs smoothly and is sustainable.
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of audits, while defining relevant performance indicators.
- Structure and formalize the approach through regular reporting and presentations to management.
- Develop the skills of stakeholders (operations, industrialization, support functions) and support change management.
Your profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Solid experience (over 10 years) in cross-functional project management, deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and visual management.
- Proven expertise in operational excellence (at least 6 years).
- Proven experience in complex industrial environments, including setting up and structuring processes.
- Knowledge of the watchmaking industry appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the Monday platform.
- Ability to manage cross-functional groups, take a strategic step back and exert a constructive influence with integrity.
- Strong field orientation, support for change, and a strong sense of continuous improvement and Lean Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication adapted to all levels of interlocutor, ability to synthesize and team spirit.
- Natural leadership and a pedagogical approach that fosters team motivation and cohesion.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, rigor and ability to make proposals.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical skills.

Your responsibilities:
As a Project Manager specializing in electrical panel construction, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects assigned to the technical department, as well as for preparing technical proposals.
- Develop technical activities related to electrical panels and switchboards;
- Advise clients analyzing their needs, propose appropriate technical solutions, and identify relevant options;
- Conduct technical studies in your area of expertise and prepare the corresponding reports;
- Develop technical specifications for supplier solicitations and make recommendations;
- Prepare and draft proposals for clients or external clients ;
- Manage the project implementation phase: technical oversight, coordination of work, commissioning, acceptance, and resolution of any defects;

Senior Project Manager – HVAC and Industrial Utilities

For industrial engineering projects, we are seeking anexperienced project manager specializing in utilities and HVACto lead on-site infrastructure and technical improvement projects.
The role involves contributing to the implementation of capital projects and resolving technical issues related to utility and energy systems.
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct technical studies from the design phase through to completion, in accordance with the specifications and site standards.
- Manage utility, energy, and HVAC systems for industrial projects (safety management, budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, and technical coordination).
- Draft technical specifications for supplier solicitations and oversee studies conducted by external partners.
- Manage orders and monitor suppliers and service providers.
- Supervise on-site work as a site manager and ensure that construction projects run smoothly.
- Assist with the commissioning of facilities (adjustments, tests, test protocols).
- Provide technical support to operational teams as a subject matter expert.
- Help define the site’s energy and HVAC strategy, particularly in the development of a multi-year master plan.
Examples of topics that may be addressed as part of the assignment:
- Boiler retrofitting or modernization (process and automation)
- Condensate Optimization and Recovery

Your responsibilities:
- Manage electrical systems as part of complex industrial projects involving multiple utilities (heating, drinking water, wastewater, hydrogen, gas, geothermal energy, etc.)
- Define, design, and cost-estimate optimal technical solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Ensure the smooth execution of projects by maintaining adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards, while operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Provide technical expertise in resolving complex issues and mediating solutions
- Design, or supervise the design, of electrical systems and installations
