About the role
We are recruiting a Project Manager, Assembly Process & Serial Life F/H, to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As an Assembly Process & Series Life Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage process modification requests and ensure complete follow-up.
- Guarantee the continuity, consistency and standardization of manufacturing data and tools (ranges, bills of materials, programs, documents, etc.).
- Support production in the event of process drift.
- Propose, lead and monitor continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing quality, productivity, ergonomics and safety.
- Achieve quality objectives in collaboration with technical experts.
- Unite the various contributors around set objectives and promote teamwork.
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, and present them to management.
- Lead reporting, manage discrepancies and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Capitalize on best practices and participate in the development of reference systems.
Your profile
- Engineering degree from EPFL or an ETS/HES in micromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Residence in Switzerland or the intention to reside there isREQUIRED.
- Solid industrial experience (6 to 12 years), including at least 6 to 8 years in project management and the industrialization of high-value-added products.
- Strong field experience, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems, as well as proficiency with computer software (MS Office).
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, analytical mindset, and a focus on solutions.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp technical and organizational contexts.
- Ability to take a step back in order to effectively lead a cross-functional team.
- Clear, structured, and effective communication; proactivity and the ability to generate ideas.
- Natural leadership and a pedagogical approach that motivates and unites teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Conditionnement Plasturgie H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise industrielle dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.
En tant que Inspecteur Chef de Projet Conditionnement Plasturgie H/F, vos missions seront :
- Piloter les différentes phases de développement des emballages, de l’étude de faisabilité à l’industrialisation et à la mise en production, en mobilisant les expertises internes et externes.
- Accompagner les clients internes dans la définition et la formalisation des cahiers des charges liés aux solutions de conditionnement.
- Assurer de manière autonome le suivi des projets et le respect des principaux jalons techniques, industriels et réglementaires.
- Garantir la maîtrise des plannings, des budgets et des délais, tout en identifiant et en anticipant les risques projet.
- Assurer une communication fluide avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et produire les reportings nécessaires à l’avancement des projets.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de l’équipe, assurer une veille technologique dans les domaines du packaging et de la plasturgie, et intégrer les enjeux de durabilité et d’éco-conception dans les solutions développées.
Supplier Quality Auditor
We are recruiting a Supplier Quality Auditor on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Supplier Quality Auditor Inspector, your responsibilities will include :
- Implement and manage rigorous supplier qualification processes to maintain and develop a high-performance panel adapted to the company's needs.
- Carry out audits and compliance monitoring of suppliers, covering technical aspects, quality management systems, health-safety-environment and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve the quality assurance of assigned suppliers.
- Work closely with the Purchasing department to develop and implement the most appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Ensure coordination between suppliers, engineering, production and procurement to improve quality while reducing associated costs, particularly in connection with OTD.
- Define, manage and adjust the supplier audit plan in agreement with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the supplier inspection team responsible for monitoring production.
- Help suppliers analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the application of corrective measures with suppliers to deal with deviations identified during audits or product non-conformity inspections.
- Organize and lead regular quality reviews based on supplier evaluation sheets.
