About the role

We are recruiting a Project Manager, Assembly Process & Serial Life F/H, to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As an Assembly Process & Series Life Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Manage process modification requests and ensure complete follow-up.
  • Guarantee the continuity, consistency and standardization of manufacturing data and tools (ranges, bills of materials, programs, documents, etc.).
  • Support production in the event of process drift.
  • Propose, lead and monitor continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing quality, productivity, ergonomics and safety.
  • Achieve quality objectives in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Unite the various contributors around set objectives and promote teamwork.
  • Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, and present them to management.
  • Lead reporting, manage discrepancies and contribute to the decision-making process.
  • Capitalize on best practices and participate in the development of reference systems.

Your profile

  • Engineering degree from EPFL or an ETS/HES in micromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Residence in Switzerland or the intention to reside there isREQUIRED.
  • Solid industrial experience (6 to 12 years), including at least 6 to 8 years in project management and the industrialization of high-value-added products.
  • Strong field experience, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems, as well as proficiency with computer software (MS Office).
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, analytical mindset, and a focus on solutions.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp technical and organizational contexts.
  • Ability to take a step back in order to effectively lead a cross-functional team.
  • Clear, structured, and effective communication; proactivity and the ability to generate ideas.
  • Natural leadership and a pedagogical approach that motivates and unites teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.

As a Supplier Quality Auditor Inspector, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Implement and manage rigorous supplier qualification processes to maintain and develop a high-performance panel adapted to the company's needs.
  • Carry out audits and compliance monitoring of suppliers, covering technical aspects, quality management systems, health-safety-environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve the quality assurance of assigned suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing department to develop and implement the most appropriate sourcing strategy.
