About the role

We are recruiting a Project Manager, Assembly Process & Serial Life F/H, to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As an Assembly Process & Series Life Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Manage process modification requests and ensure complete follow-up.
  • Guarantee the continuity, consistency and standardization of manufacturing data and tools (ranges, bills of materials, programs, documents, etc.).
  • Support production in the event of process drift.
  • Propose, lead and monitor continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing quality, productivity, ergonomics and safety.
  • Achieve quality objectives in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Unite the various contributors around set objectives and promote teamwork.
  • Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, and present them to management.
  • Lead reporting, manage discrepancies and contribute to the decision-making process.
  • Capitalize on best practices and participate in the development of reference systems.

Your profile

  • EPFL or ETS/HES engineering diploma in micromechanics, mechanics or equivalent field.
  • Swiss residency or willingness to reside in Switzerland MANDATORY.
  • Solid industrial experience (6 to 12 years), including at least 6 to 8 years in project management and industrialization of high value-added products.
  • Strong field orientation, with ease of working in multidisciplinary teams and with a variety of contacts.
  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM environments, as well as IT tools (MS Office).
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly grasp a technical and organizational scope.
  • Ability to take a step back and effectively manage a cross-functional group.
  • Clear, structured and effective communication; proactive and proactive.
  • Natural leadership and a pedagogical approach to motivate and unite teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
