Senior Core Banking Business Analyst (Strong Core Banking Financial Products knowledge & LifeCycle, Project Management)
Vos responsabilités
The Business Analyst will take the lead and manage Core Banking projects, which include corporate actions processing, payments and settlement, and reconciliation systems as well as regulatory reporting of an International Investment Bank in Asia and Europe.
Job Description:
- Analyze and structure projects and new requirements with stakeholders involved to propose the best way to deliver appropriate solutions
- Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
- Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
- Drive the definition of use cases for User Acceptance Test with end users
- Manage all the decision-making and analysis processes, including stages in designing, validation the solution, and getting necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.
- Coordinate the implementation from a project management
- A point of contact for business users during the analysis and project phases
- Responsible for all standard end-to-end project management activities
- Stakeholder and Relationship management
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Core Banking
- Strong knowledge of transaction capture, settlement, and account booking
- Must have in-depth Products’ knowledge of Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products, Commodities
- Strong knowledge of the Product lifecycles and Product Operations
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation and Matching systems, Payment and Transaction settlement systems, such as SWIFT, SEPA
- Prior experience with project management tools and release management tools - ServiceNow, JIRA, PPM tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO
- Singapore Citizens are highly preferred

Le projet :
- Développer, tester et valider des améliorations logicielles pour les machines outils CNC.
- Optimiser les performances des logiciels et rester à la pointe des technologies.
- Collaborer avec d’autres ingénieurs pour intégrer les solutions logicielles.
- Assurer la maintenance des logiciels existants et le support technique aux utilisateurs.
Project Manager – Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
