To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator in the pharmaceutical sector.

The project :

• Act as the central point in the project coordination,
• Facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities,
• Liaise with project leads and core teams,
• Follow > anticipate > expedite > escalate,
• Consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system

In charge of the key "project coordination" activities :

Collect data - prepare reporting and correspondence

• Centralizing - orchestrating flow of information,
• Keeping key indicators and registers up to date,
• Ensure visibility short term activities,

Control / monitoring / expediting

• Preparing / anticipating,
• Chasse due / overdue actions,
• Ensure the scheduling follow-up of the critical due actions,
• Prepare key project meeting and MoM for follow-up,
• Owns the short term activities tracking log,
• Facilitating timely resolutions of critical issues.

• You will be involved in the production of biological/biotechnological products
• You will also be responsible for the preparation and processing and GMP-compliant documentation of production processes, as well as assisting in the processing of deviations, change procedures and CAPAs.
• You will also be responsible for other tasks such as:
• Maintaining GMP status for devices (e.g. maintenance, calibration, qualification)
• Collaboration in cross-site teams on internal and external projects
• Creation and review of documents such as work instructions and reports

• Réaliser et suivre des projets neufs et de rénovation dans différents secteurs du bâtiment.
• Etablir les avants projets, les cahiers des charges, effectuer les appels d’offres et les réceptions en collaboration avec les exploitants.
• Garantir le bon dimensionnement des installations électriques.
• Effectuer un suivi administratif (planning, budget, reporting).
• Accompagner les bureaux externes et suivre les prestataires internes ou externes.

• Analyser les besoins et les risques,
• Définir le cahier des charges, les URS, la stratégie et le design,
• Entretenir la relation avec les fournisseurs,
• Piloter la réalisation, le suivi des FAT/SAT, la qualification validation, jusqu'au commissioning,
• Vérifier les programmations, les documentations...
• Avoir des conduites d’améliorations et de maintenances correctives.

• Suivi des demandes de dessins électriques (en interne ou via des prestataires).
• Création/mise à jour de schémas électriques avec SEE Electrical Expert.
• Dessin de schémas de principe/pneumatiques avec AutoCAD.
• Mise à jour des plans d’infrastructure, sécurité et incendie.
• Gestion de l’environnement et des composants dans SEE Electrical Expert.
• Archivage rigoureux des documents selon les standards internes.
• Travail en lien avec les équipes projet et maintenance.
• Rédaction de cahiers des charges pour les sous-traitants.
