Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Lead the procurement of capital equipment and materials required for large-scale projects.
- Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery by selecting and managing the best suppliers.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships for long-term strategic sourcing.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables essential for manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material availability.
- Implement supplier performance monitoring and risk management strategies.
- Manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluating proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with site procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and align procurement strategies.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis to support purchasing decisions and convince key stakeholders on optimal procurement choices.
- Communicate procurement insights and recommendations effectively to senior management.
- Act as a key procurement representative in the Factory of the Future project.
- Identify and source cutting-edge technologies, automation solutions, and smart manufacturing equipment.
- Support digital transformation efforts by implementing modern procurement tools and analytics.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrate strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Power BI
- Strong experience with capital equipment purchasing, direct materials, and RFQs.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Engineering Project Coordinator
To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator in the pharmaceutical sector.
The project :
- Act as the central point in the project coordination,
- Facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities,
- Liaise with project leads and core teams,
- Follow > anticipate > expedite > escalate,
- Consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system
In charge of the key "project coordination" activities :
Collect data - prepare reporting and correspondence
- Centralizing - orchestrating flow of information,
- Keeping key indicators and registers up to date,
- Ensure visibility short term activities,
Control / monitoring / expediting
- Preparing / anticipating,
- Chasse due / overdue actions,
- Ensure the scheduling follow-up of the critical due actions,
- Prepare key project meeting and MoM for follow-up,
- Owns the short term activities tracking log,
- Facilitating timely resolutions of critical issues.
Biotech Process Expert
- You will be involved in the production of biological/biotechnological products
- You will also be responsible for the preparation and processing and GMP-compliant documentation of production processes, as well as assisting in the processing of deviations, change procedures and CAPAs.
- You will also be responsible for other tasks such as:
- Maintaining GMP status for devices (e.g. maintenance, calibration, qualification)
- Collaboration in cross-site teams on internal and external projects
- Creation and review of documents such as work instructions and reports
Chef de projet électricité
- Réaliser et suivre des projets neufs et de rénovation dans différents secteurs du bâtiment.
- Etablir les avants projets, les cahiers des charges, effectuer les appels d’offres et les réceptions en collaboration avec les exploitants.
- Garantir le bon dimensionnement des installations électriques.
- Effectuer un suivi administratif (planning, budget, reporting).
- Accompagner les bureaux externes et suivre les prestataires internes ou externes.
Ingénieur Automation
- Analyser les besoins et les risques,
- Définir le cahier des charges, les URS, la stratégie et le design,
- Entretenir la relation avec les fournisseurs,
- Piloter la réalisation, le suivi des FAT/SAT, la qualification validation, jusqu'au commissioning,
- Vérifier les programmations, les documentations...
- Avoir des conduites d’améliorations et de maintenances correctives.
Dessinateur - Projeteur en électricité industrielle
- Suivi des demandes de dessins électriques (en interne ou via des prestataires).
- Création/mise à jour de schémas électriques avec SEE Electrical Expert.
- Dessin de schémas de principe/pneumatiques avec AutoCAD.
- Mise à jour des plans d’infrastructure, sécurité et incendie.
- Gestion de l’environnement et des composants dans SEE Electrical Expert.
- Archivage rigoureux des documents selon les standards internes.
- Travail en lien avec les équipes projet et maintenance.
- Rédaction de cahiers des charges pour les sous-traitants.
