We are recruiting a Maintenance Project Manager F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Implement and monitor the progress of projects related to maintenance methods, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Analyze current maintenance processes by studying current practices to identify areas for improvement and anticipate future needs linked to new projects.
• Create, update and maintain maintenance documents and procedures (maintenance standards).
• Organize and lead coordination meetings to foster communication and collaboration between the various stakeholders.
• Train and support the business coordinator to enable him/her to progress in the field of project management.

En tant que Chef de Projet Industriel - Mécanique F/H, vos missions principales seront :

• Vous assurez la gestion technique, administrative et financière des projets qui vous sont confiés dans le cadre des activités.
• Vous pilotez et coordonnez l’ensemble des phases des projets : études, achats, réalisation, sous-traitance, essais, emballage et expédition auprès des clients.
• Vous êtes un interlocuteur clé, aussi bien auprès des équipes internes que des clients, et veillez à la bonne coordination des différents intervenants.
• Vous assurez le suivi et le reporting des projets sur les volets qualité, coûts et délais, en interne comme auprès du client.
• Vous participez à l’élaboration des offres commerciales en réalisant les chiffrages des futurs projets qui vous seront confiés.

• Supplier selection
• Lead regular project sessions
• Drawing up and monitoring schedules
• Coordinate meetings with industrial partners
• Suggest areas for continuous improvement and study new logistics technologies

We are recruiting a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner in Geneva.

As a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Plan and lead technical convergence reviews, including process plans, controls and capabilities.
• Develop and industrialize ranges and bills of materials for new products.
• Manage activity planning and risk management.
• Unite the resources involved.
• Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
• Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.
