About the role

We're looking for a technical IT Project Manager with a background in industry and a strong aptitude for cybersecurity issues.

With your years of experience, you'll be seen as an expert in project management, a methodological reference, an expert in communication, and capable of implementing the "Best Practices" of Agile project management in a complex, high-quality environment.

Your missions

Context: Coordination and planning of IT/OT projects in an industrial environment in a context of global transformation, focused on safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

Managing project implementation

- Plan and periodically monitor project progress

- Organize and lead project sessions

- Coordinating all project players

- Manage the workload of technical teams

- Control quality / cost / deadlines

 

Communicating :

- Prepare steering committees

- Ensure smooth communications between different teams (business and technical)

- Lead business sessions on functional/decision-making aspects

- Draft summary and reporting documents

- Managing validations: preparing decisions to be made

 

Managing risks :

- Identify, assess, monitor and update risks, coordinate risk management

Your profile

  • You have a degree (Bac+3 or higher) in engineering or IT,
  • You have a proven track record on IT-OT convergence/divergence projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • You are used to managing projects in agile mode, and may have one or more certifications in this area.
  • You have a technical background, particularly in security issues (IT, industrial, etc.), which enables you to grasp the various issues involved.
  • You speak French and have a very good knowledge of English
