About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager (F/H) to join our LifeSciences teams in Switzerland.

 

Mission:

  • Lead remediation plan in connection with qualification packages for a new production building,

o Responsible for drafting a global assessment of paper deviation management (criticality, V-cycle compliance)

o Responsible for drafting a technical investigation report (impact assessment and design justification)

o Responsible for updating design documents (DQ)

  • Management of indicators linked to the remediation plan,

  • Represents the department with qualification, engineering and quality teams.

Your profile

  • You are a graduate (EPF, University, HEC, etc.),

  • You have strong experience in project management and remediation plan management on a subject covering several areas of expertise,

  • You have a good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices related to cGMP qualification/validation,

  • You have worked with the following equipment: Cap washing machine, autoclave, filling line under isolator, freeze-dryer, sterilization tunnel, capper, data matrix engraving system, COP/SOP,

  • You are comfortable using office tools, spreadsheets, Mango (or equivalent system) and Trackwise,

  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English.

  • Propose definition changes and lead technical validation sessions.
  • Support remanufacturing projects and manage the necessary adaptations.
  • Use management and traceability tools to monitor activities.
  • Write technical files in accordance with the processes applied to the components of production watches.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing, communicating and optimizing methodologies.
