About the role

We are recruiting an Electroplating Specialist on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As an Electroplating Specialist, your duties will include :

 

  • Manage all galvanic process activities.
  • Define roles and objectives, guarantee quality and compliance with safety instructions, encourage organizational development.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Define a policy of trust and accountability.
  • Ensure and manage employee skills development.

  • Very good knowledge of continuous improvement methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible and an excellent team player.
  • Ability to federate and develop the skills of others.
  • Perfect command of French.
