About the Role:

As a Retail Project Manager within our clienteling team, you will be at the heart of our client's retail ecosystem, overseeing a suite of retail solutions across all countries. Your role is pivotal in identifying and addressing the needs of the business users, ensuring the seamless operation of the IT Retail solutions, and driving the continuous improvement of the retail information eco-system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ecosystem Management: Oversee the ecosystem of retail solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and align with the group's quality standards.
  • Solution Availability: Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT Retail solutions, clienteling, and future solutions under study. Monitor system performance and issue alerts as necessary.
  • Technical Training: Train and support team members to enhance their technical expertise.
  • System Architecture: Participate in defining the IT system architecture, maintaining and developing interfaces with other solutions (ERP, CRM, OMS, eCOM, data warehouse, etc.).
  • Integration and Improvement: Guarantee efficient system integration, propose improvements, and support business users with IT tools.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain effective contact with suppliers and oversee application developments.
  • Technological Vigilance: Ensure technological watch, challenge the existing systems, and manage the implementation of new solutions within the Retail IS.
  • Testing and Deployment: Coordinate integrated and UAT tests and manage the solution deployment, including change management.
  • Support: Handle certain qualified support requests (Level 3) and promote continuous improvement and automation of tasks.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between central and regional teams, maintaining a macro view of other teams' architectures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Retail department, preferably with experience in clienteling solutions.
  • Proven track record in deploying/configuring integrated software packages in international environments.
  • Proficiency in API management (best practices, use, testing, monitoring).
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum Framework is a plus.
  • Strong skills in knowledge transfer, with a focus on rigor and transparency.
