About the role
We are recruiting a Sales Administration Manager on a permanent contract to join our head office team as part of our consulting activity.
As a Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Order management clients : receipt, registration and tracking of orders through to delivery.
- Invoicing: preparation of invoices clients and payment follow-up.
- Dispute management: handling complaints clients and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Be the main contact for consultants in your Business Unit.
- Sales support: assisting Business Managers in the preparation of offers and contracts, working with them to understand their business.
- Monitoring performance indicators: drawing up and analyzing dashboards.
- Coordination with various departments to ensure quality service clients and consultants.
- Database update clients : management and updating of clients information in the CRM.
Your profile
- Bac+2/3 in management, sales administration or equivalent.
- English level B2/C1.
- Experience: minimum 8 years in a similar position.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales management processes.
- Rigor and organization.
- Sense of service client.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactivity and autonomy.

The project :
- Develop, test and validate software enhancements for CNC machine tools.
- Optimize software performance and stay at the cutting edge of technology.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate software solutions.
- Maintain existing software and provide technical support to users.
Project Manager - Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
