About the role

We are recruiting a Sales Administration Manager on a permanent contract to join our head office team as part of our consulting activity.

 

As a Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for :

 

  • Order management clients : receipt, registration and tracking of orders through to delivery.
  • Invoicing: preparation of invoices clients and payment follow-up.
  • Dispute management: handling complaints clients and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Be the main contact for consultants in your Business Unit.
  • Sales support: assisting Business Managers in the preparation of offers and contracts, working with them to understand their business.
  • Monitoring performance indicators: drawing up and analyzing dashboards.
  • Coordination with various departments to ensure quality service clients and consultants.
  • Database update clients : management and updating of clients information in the CRM.

Your profile

  • Bac+2/3 in management, sales administration or equivalent.
  • English level B2/C1.
  • Experience: minimum 8 years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales management processes.
  • Rigor and organization.
  • Sense of service client.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
