About the role

We are recruiting a Logistic Execution System (LES) Support Analyst F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As a Logistic Execution System (LES) Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Guarantee the smooth operation of the LES solution for all users and clients logistics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the application.
  • Manage level 2 and 3 incidents in collaboration with the Key Users at the various production sites and the Product Owners.
  • Analyze existing business processes in the field and suggest improvements to better meet user needs and optimize the solution.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate developed functionalities, in cooperation with development teams and Product Owners.
  • Supervise and coordinate the roll-out of new functionalities, ensure user training and implement the communication plan.
  • Maintain regular contact with Key Users at different sites.

Your profile

  • HES, EPF engineering diploma or equivalent.
  • Supply chain experience with at least 5 to 8 years' experience in an industrial logistics environment.
  • Experience with IT tools and processes (ERP, LES, MES).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well.
  • Relational skills, active listening and effective communication.
