About the role
Job Description:
- Contribute to IT topics in the financial industry for Antaes Asia clients
- Design, implement, and test new mobile features across both iOS and Android platforms using MAUI and Xamarin.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and efficient
- Engage actively in design discussions with cross-functional teams, providing expert insights to deliver maintainable, scalable, and practical solutions.
- Provide accurate and realistic time estimates for development tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Assist in planning and prioritizing tasks based on effort, impact, and project requirements.
- Analyze the existing codebase and identify areas for improvement or refactoring.
- Ensure that new features meet performance and quality standards through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough debugging and testing to ensure stability and reliability across different mobile platforms and devices.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and alignment with project architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in MAUI, Xamarin, and mobile development trends, incorporating them into the codebase where appropriate.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical direction, best practices, and support to help them grow and succeed.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Your profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in design and development in a full stack environment
- Strong knowledge of XMAL, C# along with MAUI, Webpack, CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, Sonar), Maven
- Experience developing Cross Platform applications (Android /IOS) in Xamarin/Maui
- Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented
- Should have good verbal and written communication
- Experience in working with APIs

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
