About the role

Position Overview

This role, reporting to the Regional Planning Operations Manager, procurement, order fulfillment for various countries, inventory oversight, and supplier relationship management. Additionally, it aims to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and complete deliveries while avoiding stock shortages.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply planning, procurement, order processing, fulfillment, and delivery management for the designated brand/portfolio across all APAC regions.
  • Implement and adhere to departmental inventory management strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely launches of new products, meeting all business goals and ensuring stock availability in target countries.
  • Carry out departmental inventory management strategies and objectives effectively.
  • Maintain effective inventory control to balance supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with the project team to support ongoing improvements in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Optimize transportation resources to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Assist with product recall processes, including managing distribution records and verifying recall information related to the supply chain.
  • Develop an optimal procurement strategy based on supply forecasts.
  • Manage the purchasing process, including creating requisitions, generating purchase orders (POs), following up on POs, and receiving goods.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations and any additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Operations Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, distribution, and operational oversight.
  • Knowledgeable about export documentation and letter of credit payments.
  • Proficient in MRP and ERP software with practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; efficient, deadline-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Customer-focused and process-oriented, skilled at meeting customer needs while adhering to procedures and ensuring compliance with financial and legal standards.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal oversight.
