Chemical Technician

We are recruiting a Senior Consultant Utilities Maintenance Technician to join our pharmaceutical teams in Lausanne. The duration of the contract is 3 to 6 months.

Position:

As a Utilities Technician, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and optimization of the site's technical and utilities installations:

• Monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment (HVAC, steam, purified water, compressed air, chillers, etc.).
• Carry out technical diagnostics, propose and implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Participate in equipment qualification/validation in line with GMP requirements.
• Monitor and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and pharmaceutical standards.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams.

We are recruiting an Industrial Control Metrology Technician (M/F) to join our industrial expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As an Industrial Control Metrology Technician (M/F), your responsibilities will include :

• Program final inspections of tooling on Optics & Vision checking fixtures.
• Define optimal control sequences in terms of capacity, accuracy and time for products.
• Create, test and validate control programs, taking into account control plans and product characteristics.
• Ensure the capacity of control operations.
• Manage and update control master data in the information system.

As an Energy Efficiency Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Provide expertise in energy efficiency applied to production facilities, with a pragmatic environmental approach.
• Carry out in-depth analyses and work with all stakeholders to identify and propose solutions for reducing energy consumption.
• Support suppliers and project managers throughout the process of acquiring new production equipment.
• Actively contribute to technical projects or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake or support studies to modify existing equipment.
• Lead and monitor the site's "Energy Efficiency" roadmap.

As an Industrial Environmental Performance Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Manage the continuous improvement of equipment specifications and associated environmental and energy requirements.
• Define the objectives and guide the strategy of industrial equipment acquisition projects.
• Integrate, promote and mobilize eco-design principles in the development of new industrial equipment.
• On priority projects, drive the achievement of environmental objectives, from drafting specifications to industrial qualification, by bringing together all stakeholders.
• Evaluate concepts, validate proposed technical solutions and contribute to key project decisions.
• Organize the capitalization and valorization of environmental data in dedicated IT systems.
• Participate in internal skills networks and cross-functional groups.
• Communicate proactively and appropriately with our various contacts.
