• Act as interface between project managers, suppliers, in-house metrology team and quality assurance,
• Work planning with suppliers to ensure that calibration activities are carried out on time, based on the project schedule,
• Coordinate on-site activities to ensure that they take place with minimum impact on the QC activities of the processing equipment in progress,

The role involves contributing to the implementation of capital projects and resolving technical issues related to utility and energy systems.

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct technical studies from the design phase through to completion, in accordance with the specifications and site standards.
• Manage utility, energy, and HVAC systems for industrial projects (safety management, budgeting, scheduling, progress tracking, and technical coordination).
• Draft technical specifications for supplier solicitations and oversee studies conducted by external partners.
• Manage orders and monitor suppliers and service providers.
• Supervise on-site work as a site manager and ensure that construction projects run smoothly.
• Assist with the commissioning of facilities (adjustments, tests, test protocols).
• Provide technical support to operational teams as a subject matter expert.
• Help define the site’s energy and HVAC strategy, particularly in the development of a multi-year master plan.
