About the role

Job Description:

  • Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba modules, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
  • Serve as the point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor system performance, and liaise with IT teams and external partners to address complex challenges.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP Ariba.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, both virtual and in-person, tailored to user needs and proficiency levels.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support training initiatives and user self-service.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Ariba updates, features, and best practices to ensure the organization maximizes the platform's capabilities.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum related working experience of 2-3 years
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery and user interaction.
  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • SAP Ariba certification or relevant training is a plus
  • Please note that this is a short term role (3-4 months only)
