About the role

We are recruiting an Industrial Digital Transformation Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise in a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As an Industrial Digital Transformation Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Lead digital transformation projects: Manage all phases of industrial digital projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closing), on time, on budget and to quality standards.
  • Support change and mobilize teams: Collaborate with business, IT and operational teams to promote the adoption of new digital solutions. Train employees and manage change management to ensure project success.
  • Analyze and optimize processes: Study current industrial processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose technological solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and safety.
  • Ensure coordination between stakeholders: Act as a link between technical teams, external partners, and management to ensure good communication, solve problems and ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance: Set up performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of projects, produce regular reports, and propose adjustments to optimize results and achieve targets.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Mastery of methodologies (Agile, Lean) and management tools to track projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to mobilize and support teams to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
  • Ability to diagnose and improve industrial processes for greater efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and ensure good collaboration.
  • Certifications in project management or change management appreciated.
