About the role
We are recruiting a Digital Workplace and Change Management Project Manager F/H on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Digital Workplace and Change Management Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with the IT department to analyze and understand business needs, particularly in industry, and propose solutions adapted to the challenges of organizational agility.
- Support employees in adopting and using Digital Workplace tools.
- Contribute to the production of change management deliverables, such as documentation and training.
- Train and coach users to enhance their skills.
- Participate in communities of champions and strengthen the skills of the site's Key Users.
- Gather problems, frequently asked questions and suggestions for improvement formulated by the division's employees.
- Ensure governance and application of business rules.
- Work closely with the site coordinator, responsible for deploying solutions.
Your profile
- Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent recognized training.
- Significant experience in deploying Digital Workplace tools (such as Monday, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), ideally in complex, large-scale industrial environments.
- Overall experience of at least 8 to 10 years in change management (e.g. using the ADKAR method) and business analysis.
- Project management and training/coaching skills, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in these fields.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Natural leadership, active listening, initiative, autonomy, results orientation and pragmatic approach in the field.
- Rigorous, highly organized, analytical and able to summarize.

HMI software engineer
- Design the network architecture of equipment and ensure its interaction with clients infrastructures,
- Develop, commission and maintain HMI applications, reporting tools and data collection systems for assembly machines,
- Contribute to all phases of the project: design, development, commissioning, testing and documentation,
- Plan and monitor project progress in collaboration with your colleagues and the project manager,
- Provide technical support and make occasional visits to clients,
- Participate in R&D innovation projects, particularly in data analysis and machine learning,
- Travel to clients sites (10-20% of time).

- Analyze needs and risks,
- Define specifications, URS, strategy and design,
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers,
- Manage the implementation, ensure FAT/SAT follow-up, qualification/validation, through to commissioning,
- Draft all necessary documentation,
- Program assembly machines on Rockwell and Siemens PLCs,
- Programming precision machines on Beckhoff PLCs,
- Provide technical support,
