About the role
Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Develop, write, and edit manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate technical information.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of documents to align with regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor and document deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update existing documentation as processes evolve and improve.
- Conduct document reviews and audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Support regulatory and quality audits by providing documentation as needed.
- Utilize document management systems to track changes and approvals efficiently.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Your profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Writing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of cGMP, and global standards.
- Experience with process flow diagrams, technical illustrations, and instructional design
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of digital documentation tools and content management systems.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Programming Method Technician (M/F)
We are recruiting a Programming Method Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Programming Method Technician, your responsibilities will include :
- Program final inspections of tooling on Optics & Vision checking fixtures.
- Define optimal control sequences in terms of capacity, accuracy and time for products.

- Ensure the installation, integration and commissioning of industrial equipment on site, guaranteeing its proper operation and compatibility with existing systems.
- Mastery of mechanical, automated and industrial IT systems, with knowledge of programming, networks and communication protocols.
- Frequent travel to clients sites, workshop interventions and collaboration with various technical and clients teams.

As an Automation Engineer F/H, your responsibilities will include :
- Precision machine programming.
- Assembly machine programming.
- Participation in the various phases of the project, from design to documentation, development, commissioning and testing.
- Planning and monitoring of project progress in collaboration with the various stakeholders and project managers.
- Provision of technical support and participation in visits to clients.
Industrial tuner F/H
We are recruiting an Industrial Setter F/H on a permanent contract to join our centre of expertise, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.
As an Industrial Set-up Engineer F/H, your tasks will be :
- Assembly and fine-tuning of special automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines and developed prototypes.
- Read and analyze technical drawings and diagrams.
- Install and assemble machines in compliance with technical instructions.
- Carry out the necessary tests and adjustments.
- Diagnose faults and propose corrective solutions.
- Ensure technical follow-up of machines after installation.
- Train production teams to use the equipment.
- clients commissioning.
Beckhoff Automation Engineer F/H
