About the role

Context:

  • Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade...), Back Office (Summit, Calypso...), Market data referential (Asset Control...), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).
  • This role aims to develop on the Calypso back-office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the "run the bank" function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

Job Description:

  • Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients
  • Build & change management
  1. Analyse enhancement requests for the repo business and new products.
  2. Propose solutions in collaboration with Architects.
  3. Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.
  4. Coordinate user acceptance tests.
  5. Monthly releases, following the team's milestones for analysis, coding and testing.
  6. Support the release roadmap in production.
  • Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams.

Your profile

Job Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, science, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of work experience in relevant roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Calypso business analyst in the Calypso back office.
  • Experience with Calypso versions 14 through 17.
  • In-depth knowledge of static data, workflows, scheduled tasks, confirmations, settlements, messages (including SWIFT messages), positions, accounting, corporate actions, filters, the reporting framework, and reconciliation features.
  • Understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLBs, issuances) and the trade lifecycle.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting (HRF, NORIA, MMSR).
  • Experience in integrating Calypso with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation projects.
  • AGILE track record.
  • Experience in implementing NR scenarios.
  • Willing to provide Level 3 support if needed.
  • Willing to work on-call shifts with teammates to provide support during nights and weekends.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset in security
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work with business users.

Working Hours

  • Shift work for the ASIA or EMEA region: (9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. SGT) or (3:00 p.m. – midnight SGT).
  • On-call rotation with teammates to provide support during nights and weekends.

Contexte

Dans le cadre de la modernisation d’une application métier historique dédiée à la gestion financière et comptable, notre client recherche un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter un projet de transformation sur plusieurs années.

L’objectif est de faire évoluer une solution devenue technologiquement obsolète vers une architecture moderne, sécurisée et capable de supporter les volumes de données actuels et futurs, tout en assurant son intégration avec les solutions existantes.


 

Vos activités principales

Vous serez notamment en charge de :
 

  • Piloter et coordonner le projet afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de dĂ©lais, coĂ»ts et qualitĂ©.
  • Structurer et suivre les diffĂ©rents livrables du projet.
  • Piloter le budget et assurer le reporting auprès des instances concernĂ©es.
  • Coordonner les diffĂ©rentes ressources et parties prenantes impliquĂ©es dans le projet.
  • Assurer le suivi du planning, des jalons, des dĂ©pendances et des objectifs.
  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre la gouvernance et le reporting projet conformĂ©ment Ă  la mĂ©thodologie HERMES 2022.
  • PrĂ©parer et accompagner les instances de pilotage et les prises de dĂ©cision.
  • Assurer la communication projet auprès des diffĂ©rentes parties prenantes.
  • Piloter la gestion des risques et l’assurance qualitĂ© sur l’ensemble du projet.
  • Coordonner les diffĂ©rentes exigences mĂ©tier, IT, sĂ©curitĂ© et contrĂ´le de gestion.

Main responsibilities:

 

You will be responsible for:

 

• Managing the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of IT solutions supporting medical and anti-doping activities within an international sports environment.

 

• Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, ICT teams, delivery teams, suppliers and partners to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and expectations.

 

• Collecting, analysing and formalising business requirements, then translating them into clear technical briefs, user stories, test scenarios and documentation for the development teams.

 

• Maintaining and refining medical and anti-doping product backlogs, ensuring that roadmaps remain accurate, up to date and aligned with business priorities.

 

• Coordinating and delivering onboarding activities for business users, including workshops, training sessions and event-based enablement initiatives.

 

• Supporting the adoption and operational use of digital medical solutions during events, workshops and conferences, including on-site support when required.

 

• Acting as an escalation point between business units, ICT stakeholders and delivery teams, while helping to remove impediments and resolve operational issues.

 

• Managing relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring that service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards and project objectives.

 

• Overseeing solution maintenance and support by testing functionalities, identifying incidents, coordinating fixes and suggesting continuous improvements.

 

• Conducting quality controls based on predefined metrics and taking appropriate actions to ensure a high standard of delivery.

 

• Supporting the delivery of projects and products in line with the roadmap, while fostering innovation and identifying opportunities for improvement, optimisation and cost savings.

 

• Monitoring market trends and emerging technologies in order to identify new opportunities relevant to the medical and anti-doping digital ecosystem.


 

 

Expected skills:

 

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B product development, product delivery or digital solution implementation.

 

• You have experience in application maintenance, support and operational delivery.

 

• Experience in the medical industry, sports environment or international organisation is an asset.

 

• You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

 

• You are able to write clear user stories, manage backlogs and coordinate UAT, functional testing and defect tracking.

 

• You are comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and IT delivery.

 

• You have experience with user onboarding, training delivery and stakeholder engagement, ideally in event-based or operational environments.

 

• You have experience with data visualisation, analytics and data modelling.

 

• You are proficient with product and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent.

 

• You have experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

 

• You understand API-based integrations and REST/SOAP services.

 

• You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and SaaS application environments.

 

• You have a basic understanding of IT service management tools and processes such as ServiceNow or equivalent.

 

• You are able to support and troubleshoot applications in live and operational environments.

 

• Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent is an asset.

 

• Familiarity with security and data protection principles, including GDPR awareness, is an asset.

 

• Understanding of system interfaces, data flows and interoperability between applications is an asset.
