About the role
Context:
- Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade...), Back Office (Summit, Calypso...), Market data referential (Asset Control...), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).
- This role aims to develop on the Calypso back-office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the "run the bank" function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.
Job Description:
- Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients
- Build & change management
- Analyse enhancement requests for the repo business and new products.
- Propose solutions in collaboration with Architects.
- Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.
- Coordinate user acceptance tests.
- Monthly releases, following the team's milestones for analysis, coding and testing.
- Support the release roadmap in production.
- Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams.
- Application support, level 3 (expert).
- Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs.
- Continuous improvement
- Improve operational processes.
- Coach more junior team members as required.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Your profile
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related fields
- Minimum 8 years working experience in relevant roles.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Calypso business analyst on Calypso back office.
- Experience on Calypso versions v14 to v17.
- In depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, ScheduledTask, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate action, Filters, Reporting Framework, Reconciliation features.
- Understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
- Experience with regulatory reporting HRF, NORIA, MMSR.
- Experience in interfacing Calypso with external systems.
- Hands-on experience in implementation projects.
- AGILE track record.
- Experience in implementing NR scenarios.
- Willing to do L3 Support if required.
- Willing to do On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Pro-active mind-set in security
- Proven ability to work individually under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills and keen to work with business users.
Working Hours
- Work in shift for ASIA or EMEA region: (9am - 6:30pm SGT) or (3pm - midnight SGT).
- On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support.

As PLM Classification Project Manager (M/F), your role will be:
- Definition, structuring, maintenance, and application of the classification framework (families, subfamilies, attributes, authorized values, coding and naming rules).
- Classification and codification of data according to PLM standards, with completeness and consistency checks.
- Drafting and updating classification standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Management of special cases: qualification, treatment proposal, and escalation if necessary.
- Preparation and facilitation of professional workshops: classification of types, collection of discrepancies, trade-offs, convergence towards a standard, and formalization of decisions.
- Analysis of business needs and data types.
- Preparation and participation in classification pilot tests: sample creation, execution, analysis of results, and adjustment of rules.
- Post-migration compliance validation: classification checks, anomaly tracking, and implementation of corrections.
