About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in IT and digital solutions.
With your years of experience, you'll be seen as an expert in project management, a methodological reference, an expert in communication, and capable of implementing the "Best Practices" of Agile project management in a complex, high-quality environment.
Your objectives: Manage project implementation
- Plan and periodically monitor project progress.
- Control the balance between quality/cost/time, define tasks, responsibilities, critical control points, resources, skill requirements and interfaces.
- Organize and lead project meetings (Project Committee, COPIL, etc.)
- Optimize costs and deadlines, and strive for high quality;
- Coordinate all project stakeholders.
- Manage, prioritize and coordinate project tasks
- Lead business sessions on functional/decision-making aspects.
- Produce summary documents.
- Manage validations: prepare decisions to be made.
- Identify, assess, monitor and update risks, coordinate risk management.
Your profile
- You have a degree (University, EPF,...) in engineering or computer science, or a degree from a business school.
- You have at least 10 years' experience in IT project management and knowledge of IT project environments.
- Ideally, you have at least one year's experience in the luxury sector and/or in an environment combining industry and digital.
- You are autonomous and your leadership skills enable you to manage projects from start to finish.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.

Expert Time Estimation Engineer
Within the Production division, you will be involved in a key strategic activity:calculating operating times.
Your role is to ensure methodological control of this expertise, demonstrate its impact on the company's overall performance, and promote a genuinetime cultureamong internal teams as well as industrial and financial partners.
Mission
- Formalize thestrategic impacts of time trackingfor overall performance management.

Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector M/F
We are recruiting a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner near La Chaux-de-Fonds.
As a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector, your responsibilities will include:
Launch of new products
- Preparation of production files
- Definition and optimization of2D/3Dlaser machining strategies
- Close collaboration with the technical office and methods teams
Technical studies and feasibility
- Analysis of clients requests clients specifications
- Feasibility studies according to materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, etc.)

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in all phases of projects related to district heating networks (pre-insulated steel) and district cooling networks (steel or GRP), from design to commissioning.

- Technical design of thermal networks (district heating, district cooling, possibly CAD substations)
