About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in IT and digital solutions.
With your years of experience, you'll be seen as an expert in project management, a methodological reference, an expert in communication, and capable of implementing the "Best Practices" of Agile project management in a complex, high-quality environment.
Your objectives: Manage project implementation
- Plan and periodically monitor project progress.
- Control the balance between quality/cost/time, define tasks, responsibilities, critical control points, resources, skill requirements and interfaces.
- Organize and lead project meetings (Project Committee, COPIL, etc.)
- Optimize costs and deadlines, and strive for high quality;
- Coordinate all project stakeholders.
- Manage, prioritize and coordinate project tasks
- Lead business sessions on functional/decision-making aspects.
- Produce summary documents.
- Manage validations: prepare decisions to be made.
- Identify, assess, monitor and update risks, coordinate risk management.
Your profile
- You have a degree (University, EPF,...) in engineering or computer science, or a degree from a business school.
- You have at least 10 years' experience in IT project management and knowledge of IT project environments.
- Ideally, you have at least one year's experience in the luxury sector and/or in an environment combining industry and digital.
- You are autonomous and your leadership skills enable you to manage projects from start to finish.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.

Mechanical Designer Creo / Data Table M/F
We are recruiting on a permanent contract a Mechanical Designer Creo and Tableau data analysis M/F to join our Industrial Expertise center, as part of a large-scale and long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.
As a Mechanical Designer and Tableau Data Analyst, your missions will be:
- Participation in the development of the design.
- Participate in the design choices and creation of 3D mechanical assemblies.
- Produce drawings and design office files, ensuring: their functional dimensioning (GPS), management of technical documents and their distribution.
- Modification of existing plans.
- Part creation.
- TABLE data analysis.
Project Manager, Credit and Risk
Job Scope:
The Project Manager needs to have strong management, presentation and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Finance and banking-related applications. He/She will work closely with the business users to understand the project, estimate, plan, execute, monitor and control the project. Manage the user and team relationship throughout the projects. He/She should be very good at stakeholder management. Good to know about banking domains and activities (Front Office, Back Office, Trading) especially in the Wealth Management area.
Knowledge and experience in the Credit and Risk functions in the Wealth Management (Private Banking).
Responsibilities:
- Define the project scope, objectives, and goals
- Estimation and budget follow-up
- Preparing task list with schedule and identify the risks
- Assigning tasks to team members, overseeing the work, and managing the issues.
- Understand the release process and tools and follow the bank standards and policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- Follow-up on delivery from contributor as well as own development team.
- Make sure methodology and processes are respected
- Produce clear and comprehensive status reports
- Produce Steering Committee documents and present to Sponsors
- Understand user's requirements/concerns
- Ensure good quality of the documentation
- Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects

- Provide expertise in energy efficiency applied to production facilities, with a pragmatic environmental approach.
- Carry out in-depth analyses and work with all stakeholders to identify and propose solutions for reducing energy consumption.
- Support suppliers and project managers throughout the process of acquiring new production equipment.
- Actively contribute to technical projects or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake or support studies to modify existing equipment.
- Lead and monitor the site's "Energy Efficiency" roadmap.

As an Investment Product Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Plan and lead technical convergence reviews, including process plans, controls and capabilities.
- Develop and industrialize ranges and bills of materials for new products.
- Manage activity planning and risk management.
- Unite the resources involved.
- Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
- Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
- Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.
Investment Process Industrialization Project Manager F/H
We are recruiting an Industrialization Process Investment Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise team in a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Running several investment projects in parallel
- Manage the development, acceptance/integration/qualification of new equipment
- Manage need and risk analysis phases
- Define specifications according to quality standards
- Define objectives, schedules and resources and ensure that project milestones are met
- Identify suppliers and support them in the development of machines/process equipment
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams and unite them around projects and best practices.
