About the role

We are recruiting an Industrial Metrology Quality Technician F/H on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.

 

 

As an Industrial Metrology Quality Technician F/H, your responsibilities will include :

 

 

  • Dimensional and visual inspection of products.
  • Check product conformity with requirements and suggest solutions for quotation and control methodology.
  • Write inspection reports and report any non-conformities identified.
  • Validate the transition of products to series production.
  • Draft inspection instructions and documents required for inspection prior to series production launch.
  • Act as a point of contact to resolve problems encountered in production and ensure communication on identified non-conformities, whether in the project phase or in series production.
  • Manage returns linked to non-conformities in series production and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Communicate to suppliers the requirements and quality levels expected for subcontracted products.
  • Test the control plans defined in the project phase and adjust them if necessary.
  • Prioritize batches according to supply criticality.
  • Guarantee an adequate level of quality by providing sufficient control to master all functional aspects.
  • Make decisions about defects detected during inspections.

Your profile

  • Mastery of dimensional and visual inspection techniques.
  • Experience in optical and three-dimensional measurements on automatic measuring machines.
  • Knowledge of injected and thermoformed products.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Initiative and proactivity to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Perform routine preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography skids, ultrafiltration systems, mixers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted production.
